Sun, Sand & Sea, is a large one bedroom guest house in Las Conchas near the Sea of Cortez. The bedroom has a queen size bed, closet and dresser. The living room has two twin beds. This is a fully equipped guest house with all the all the amenities necessary for a relaxing vacation: DirecTV, WiFi, central heat and a/c, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, coffee pot, dishes and necessary utensils to make your stay memorable.Two outside patios with tables and chairs add to the comfort you’ll enjoy here. The Las Conchas community offers 24/7 security and is located two miles from the main part of town. The private beach and Sea of Cortez is an easy one minute walk away. Two well behaved dogs ok.

Perfect spot!

Clean and cute. Perfect quiet location and price. Awesome owner in house next door. Very short easy stroll to the beach. Hassle free check in and out. Very dog friendly! The owner allowed us to adopt another puppy while we were there, putting us over the limit. They also let us use their laundry because we were staying 2 weeks 😀😀😀

Another great stay

Perfect spot for my wife, myself & our beloved mastiff. Very close walk to great beach-nice tide pools when the tide is out, great smooth sand bottom swimming when her tide is in. Very well maintained & equipped rental at a small price

Awesome casita very close to the beach!

Great stay! The property is in good shape, very comfortable and had all the necessities. Literally a few steps from the beach. Perfect place for a couple or small family and the best part is pet friendly. We have 2 70+lbs dogs, and we had no issues. 100% will recommend.
