8 guest rooms each with a queen bed, private bath, and air conditioning. 2 cots and 1 double sleeper sofa also available. A full kitchen is available for your use. Expansive lawns and porches. Dock for swimming and fishing, fire pit and picnic area on lake shore. Grill available. WIFI throughout house. Hiking trails in woods. Manager on property in separate apartment to assist with needs and logistics. Close to Ithaca, Watkins Glen, and Elmira.
