House Rules
Please read the house rules carefully before booking. By making an instant booking, you acknowledge and accept all house rules.

If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please contact me before booking so we can confirm availability.


Parking:
Please do not park in front of Unit 2602. Kindly use the designated parking area in front of Unit 2600 only.

Quiet Hours:
We also ask that you please be mindful of quiet hours and respect our neighbors during your stay.

Trash Collection
Trash is collected on Monday and Thursday mornings. If needed, please place the trash can at the curb at the end of the driveway the evening before or early the morning of collection.

Beach Towels
If you plan to enjoy the beach or pool, please use only the beach towels with colorful stripes that are provided for that purpose. We kindly ask that bath towels remain inside the home.

BBQ Grill
Please make sure to clean the barbecue after each use. If the grill is left uncleaned, a $35 cleaning fee will be charged.

Parties & Events
Parties or events are not permitted unless previously authorized. Hosting an unauthorized party will result in a $3,000 penalty and may lead to immediate termination of the stay.

Liability Notice
Guests assume full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that may occur while on the property or using its facilities. By accepting this reservation, all guests acknowledge and agree that they are assuming any risk associated with their stay and use of the premises.

Guests understand that they may choose to purchase personal travel or liability insurance for additional protection.

For safety reasons, it is the full responsibility of the guest to supervise all children at all times while they are in or around the pool area. Children must never be left unattended near the pool, regardless of swimming ability. The property owner assumes no responsibility for accidents resulting from lack of supervision.
