This house worked very well for our situation. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood. Yet close enough to what we needed. The listed garage was not available, but the neighborhood felt very safe, so parking outside was not a concern. Much of the house is lit by lamps but we soon got used turning each of those on. I would rent again if the need arises!

House was very clean and close to everything. Only issue we had was getting into the house. The door code was different than the email from VRBO but the homeowner is super quick to get back to messages.

2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness
The property is not well maintained. Blinds in the living room would not open orClose and several of them were missing or fully broken. Once we got the furnace running we saw that there was no filter in it. Outside the property is not maintained at all. Old leaves and the garden areas have not been touched in several years. When you drive up the places looks dated and there are three garbage cans in front of the garage door. It wouldn’t take much toImprove the home and the yard to make it a better place. The only nice thing was the shower in the bathroom.

Great family trip

The Autumn Maple house was great! The kids loved the spa shower. We had easy and quick access to all the local places we wanted to visit. The home had everything we needed including a grill and plenty of space! Our host was responsive and wonderful. Thanks for a great stay in Henrietta!
