About this property

Cottage in the heart of the Périgord-Limousin Regional Nature Park

In the heart of Parc Naturel Régional Périgord-Limousin, south of the Haute-Vienne, near the Dordogne; independent house (no close neighbor) has a terrace with view of nature; the ground floor living room of 30 square meters with fireplace and exposed beams, TV (with DVD player), buffet and table. The kitchen is fully equipped (except dishwasher); WC on the ground floor and 1st floor in the bathroom; Also on the ground floor a washing machine and storage room. On the first floor, a large corridor gives access to two bedrooms of 20 m2 each, and a bathroom with shower; one bedroom has a double bed and the other three single beds; nearby pond (fishing possible without permit); forest (walking, mushrooms) and river. Beautiful medieval castles to visit in the area. Bourg village 2 km with shops, municipal tennis courts; small town 7 km.

Real French home in wonderful surroundings

Not a luxurious house, but the essentials are there. The owner Agnes is very friendly with a catchy laugh. The surroundings are wonderfully green with a stream downhill and a nice lake. Many lovely butterflies on the butterfly bush. We enjoyedour stay.

Peace and quiet in abundance

It is really good for the money. Just don't expect any grand luxury, but we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Would recommend to anyone who likes a comfortable and quiet time. Not too far from small village with a lovely bakery, a superette and of course a bar. 10mins to a beautiful lake that has life guards and is free. Kirsty and Olivier Lang

Gite bien placé mais literie très médiocre et équipements vétustes pas très net pour le ménage emplacement très joli en revanche tout accès aux rivières et étangs proposés sur l'annonce sont privés nous avons du chaque fois faire des dizaines de km pour la baignade en revanche les propriétaires sont adorables

une location PARFAITE, très bien équipée, dans un cadre champêtre. A conseiller aux amoureux des vacances à la campagne sans voisins , juste pour décompresser.! Un accueil très convivial, des propriétaires très discrets. Quant à la région (très méconnue et c'est bien dommage parce que beaucoup d'efforts pour le tourisme), tout est fait pour un séjour à la fois calme, sportif et culturel. Nous recommandons tout à fait cette location. Peut être reviendrons nous......
