Boaters, this is for you !! 68’ covered RV -Boat Parking..1/4 mile from Windsor Boat Launch, lakeside location walking distance to restaurants and London Bridge. There is a King Bed in the master with a Queen size in the second bedroom. Also 1 pull-out twin size bed in the living room and a queen size pullout in the family room.
Beautiful views of the lake from the front porch.
There is also an upstairs viewing deck to watch the sunsets.. There is a pool at the clubhouse.

Fantastic stay!

It’s clean, close to the launch ramp and town which are all 3 priorities for us (in that order). The owner is so friendly and nice to work with! Definitely coming back!

We truly enjoyed our time at Karen's home. It is very clean and well-maintained! Thoughtfully decorated with a beach theme, it had everything we needed. Exactly what we needed!

We had never been to Lake Havasu before so we weren’t sure what to expect. The home was about 5 minutes from the London Bridge resort where our friends were staying, which was a huge plus. There was plenty of room for our truck and 26 foot boat. The owner, Karen, was so kind! We booked last minute and she was so accommodating! Her place was cute and most importantly it was clean. We would definitely stay here again. Furniture was new and there was plenty of room for four adults and two kids.

Labor Day Vacation

Very nice Mobil home inside & out!! Ample living space for being a 2 bdrm home.. Loved the huge Carport..... House was Clean & very close to boat launch, liquor stores, gas stations, automotive stores...etc. Beautiful View of Lake from street level & upper deck of house.. Really close to London Bridge & a short drive to Pirates Cove.. I would definitely consider renting again... our stay of 4Days was very comfortable!! Everything in the house worked and they even had a Washer & Dryer and extra space for refrigerating or freezing food items.. only negative I can say is No ice maker but did offer ice trays & going and buying ice was not a problem 😁😁👍🏼 Stay here you can’t go wrong!!! Loved the Tiki decor outside in rear patio!! House also offers a large BBQ.... Swimming pool & jacuzzi not in home but was available in neighborhood near entrance. Anyhow Great Home to spend your Vacation ♥️☀️

Clean and spacious!

This was my friend groups first time out all together since COVID. We were hesitant, but as soon as we walked in we were put at ease. Everything was very clean and organized! There was so much social space, we absolutely loved it.

Very nice home and location on Lake Havasu.

I have stayed directly on the water on Lake Havasu. This home is not on the water but has a special Ambiance. It is a home away from home. There is a nice upper deck with a Great Lake view. Easily sleeps 6 people and is kept in very good condition. Would stay there again.

Havasu PERFECT!!!

Six adults and a holiday weekend. It was perfect. Close to boat launches, restaurants and all the hotels where the rest of our friends were staying made this an ideal location. We watched the fireworks from the rooftop view deck with friends for the 4th of July and it was great! Karen couldn’t have made this any more perfect unless she packed our bags and drove us there. She is a great communicator, answers questions immediately and follows up throughout to make planning easy. We will be back and easily refer her to friends and family in the future AFTER we book ourselves, of course! Mike & Jax

The property was very clean plenty of room had everything we needed for our stay was 2 min from boat ramp we could see the lake from the window we had two Bass boats & two trucks plenty of room to park 5 min from London Bridge the air wasn’t working but the owner was right on it and it was fixed within 30 min we will be back again To stay

Great boat/toy covered parking. Clean and cozy with all the needed items for a comfortable stay. Owner very friendly and easy to work with. We would definitely rent again! If you are picky about bedding, my only suggestion would Be to bring your own blankets or sheets to cover the blanket/comforters like hotel style.
