In keeping with our five star standard of excellence Villa Coyaba 107 is updated and you will arrive to find a condo that exceeds your expectations for gulf front comfort, luxury and style.

*All of our sheets and bathroom towels are 100% cotton.
*All bathrooms have soaps and hair dryers for your convenience.
*Living Room and all bedrooms have Smart TVs and phone charger on the bed side tables.

The master bedroom has been updated with a Pottery Barn seagrass KING woven bed.

Villa Coyaba has just 32 condos on its own private beach. The large pool has plenty of chaise lounges, tables and chairs with umbrellas and is heated in the cooler months. Enjoy the grilling area with patio seating overlooking the gulf.

Two underground parking spots per condo. The entrance to the underground parking garage is only 7'1" - please measure any large vehicles!
The beach, pool, gym and grilling area are for the sole use of Villa Coyaba guests. Gym Hours 9am - 9pm. While friends or family may visit you at your condo, they may not use the facilities.
Saturday to Saturday rentals only during summer season and spring/fall breaks. Must be 25 or older to reserve, no chaperoned groups. Sleeps 10. Both a Booster seat and pack and play are located in each YFAB unit. Cribs are available through our Concierge service.
Villa Coyaba is a non-smoking facility. (There are 2 smoking outposts on the east and west side of the building)
Please review your charges before booking on line with VRBO as we are unable to refund their charges. Per HOA rules, guests are not permitted to bring pets.

Cancellation Policy
Full Refunds:
Cancellations must be made by email to Your Friend at the Beach (YFAB).
For stays less than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 30 days prior to the check-in date.
For stays longer than 28 days: Cancellation must occur at least 90 days prior to the check-in date.

Partial Refunds:
Cancellations made between 29 and 14 days prior to the start of the stay, receive a 50% refund.
No Refunds: Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the start of the stay are not eligible for any refund.

What an incredible condo that had everything we needed! We loved being on the 1st floor with easy pool and beach access. The beach chair setup included with the condo was such a bonus! Great covered parking for vehicle. The condo is beautifully decorated and 3 bedrooms have king beds, which worked perfectly for 3 families staying together. The 4th had two full-beds. Condo was roomy and inviting. We used "Babyquip" for cribs and high chairs and that made it so easy. We loved this place and property management company clearly communicated all details. We will be back!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was gorgeous with everything we needed! My grandmother is 95 and has mobility issues. This home was perfect and allowed her to get around well. The communication was super and they even called us to let us know we could check in early. We would definitely stay here again!

Great property and location!

This condo was very nice, clean, and close to shopping and restaurants. It had almost every amenity we needed. My only complaints are that there was no air fryer (I use mine at home all the time) and the lock on the master bedroom door did not work. Neither of these things were a big deal considering we got to stare at the ocean for a week! I would definitely recommend this property. I didn't want to leave!!

The beach was not crowded which is a huge plus. We will definitely use them again for our next beach trip!

Priceless Family Time

We can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay at Villa Coyaba was. The condo was spotless and much bigger than the pictures portrayed. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities to cook efficiently. We loved the free standing ice maker! The beds were awesome and the linens were plentiful and very clean and fresh. We loved the outdoor grills and used them several times. We are a tall family with my two son-in-laws being 6’9” and 6’4”. The furniture was very comfortable and easily accommodated our family of 10. We will definitely be returning!

Beautiful and convenient condo

Unit 102 at Villa Coyaba is beautiful. The condo is beautifully decorated and the kitchen well stocked. It is just steps from the beach. My only suggestion would be larger beds in the twin room. We were vacationing with 5 adult sized children. While the king sized beds in 3 of the bedrooms were perfect, the twin sized beds and bunk beds were too small for 2 of our college seniors (over 6’ tall baseball players). We had beautiful weather in the mid 90’s with clear water most of the week. My family vacations in Destin every year and Villa Coyaba was a wonderful choice for our group.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is not a 5-star unit, by any means, like our stay was in 2019 in the well-appointed 106. Housekeeping was lacking unlike before also. Most of the dining chairs are unstable and really cheap quality seating. Refrigerator has seen its last good day and kitchen faucet also. Lots of old and dirty looking kitchenware needs replacing. Coffee pot is awful quality (Mr. Coffee) and had leftover grounds so not cleaned for our first morning. Frontloading washer & dryer set up is most awkward to maneuver with heavy clothes and the large laundry basket. Did a lot of laundry with 4 children. Unit just didn't compare to our other stay and paying a premium price really expected a premium unit again. Online pictures looked nice but thought unit was outdated when there in person. Sofa pillows are old looking and dirty also. Bath towels were fine but bed linens and all seemed old. Furniture knobs were off and thrown in drawers. I'm leaving this message only for your awareness and the only rental company issue we had was receiving an email a couple of days before leaving asking for our departure time. It was hard to say exactly prior but did text Roslyn and emailed Jaime back also before leaving at 8:15 like I said I would the morning we left. Maybe texting on way out to let housekeeping know would work best for all rather than asking for specific time 2 days ahead. We do very much appreciate early entry and certainly want to get packed up, do the chores and out of the way for them to prepare for the next guests. It's usually a whirlwind with 10 of us and making sure all is done and ready to go is a task. Overall was a wonderful family vacation week but just disappointed with the unit chosen this time.
