We hope travelers enjoy Kyoto as locals and stay at the house as your home.

Please pay by cash. The tax fee is depends on how much you payed for your rental cost.
If your rental cost is under 20000 JPY per person per night, the tax is 200 JPY per person per night.
(EX) If you are 3 people and you stay 3 nights, the accommodation tax will be
200 JPY × 3 people × 3 nights = 1800 JPY
If your rental cost is 20000 JPY to 49,999 JPY per person per night, the tax is 500 JPY per person per night.
(EX) If you are 2 people and you stay 2 nights, the accommodation tax will be
500 JPY × 2 people × 2 nights = 2000 JPY

We've had an amazing time in exceptionally beautiful House Kamanza !
The service was excellent and the house location was very central and convenient for visiting the city throughout.
Will definitely consider renting it again next time over and recommending it to anybody visiting Kyoto at anytime of the year !

This property made our Kyoto visit a special and memorable one.
It was super conveniently located with a subway station a few minutes walk away, a convenience store around the corner, a few grocery stores within walking distance, and a number of bus routes down the street, and a few major sightseeing destinations (Nishiki Market, Nijo Castle, Kyoto Imperial Palace) within walking distance as well.

The host was responsive and also gave us helpful information about local events and getting to the property from Kyoto Station. A staff member was there to greet us upon arrival, as well as when we left. The host also provided a binder of local restaurants as well as a local map which was very helpful.
I would definitely recommend this gem and the host for your Kyoto visit!
