Gorgeous 3800 square foot home has been completely renovated in 2017 and decorated by Alicia Murphy Design, sits steps away from a private white sand beach which is amazing for little children. With 5 bedrooms (one sits inside the master suite perfect for children) and 4.5 bathrooms also has a heated 20 x 40 salt water gunite pool, half court basketball hoop that is adjustable for any age, soccer goals, lacrosse net in a safe fenced in yard, large deck that has automatic awnings with outdoor 12 person table, outdoor lounge, and over sized BBQ set-up. House has a rooftop deck with some views of the sunset over the bay and also a master bedroom balcony overlooking the backyard.

House has a geo-thermal heating and cooling system controlled by Nest, a large eat in chef's kitchen, 4 large tv's (3 bedrooms), cable tv and wi-fi, sonos indoor and outdoor stereo system, commercial ice machine and freezer, indoor shuffle board, two active fireplaces, paddle boards (2), beach chairs and toys for the kids and even a Tesla charging station and more....

Why they chose this property

This house is made for families! Prime Sag Harbor location, close to East Hampton. Recently renovated, clean & comfortable, safe area with great neighbors. In ground pool, hot tub, basketball sport court, and turf soccer field. Fully finished basement accessible from backyard that is truly a kid heaven with couch, fat boy bean bag chairs, large screen TV, pop a shot, air hockey, foosball, shuffleboard, cog works and tons of toys.

Has a Tesla Charging station, a private beach for our neighborhood only, great outdoor space and fully finished basement.
