Duncan’s Dunes is a single level, three bedroom, two bath home offering privacy, and only a 1/2 block from the beach. The home has been tastefully re-modeled with designer touches throughout the home. The home has an open spacious floor plan with dining in the kitchen and dining room / living room both. The propane fireplace located in the living room adds to the charm of staying in a beach house located so close to the Sea. The Master Bedroom has it’s own private bath with tub and views of the ocean. Both guest bedrooms have views. Small room off the hallway with bunk beds suitable for children.
Large patio is located in front of the home for comfortable sun bathing and the hot tub is protected with glass on three sides. While sitting in the hot tub you will have views of the Pacific Ocean, beach and sand dunes. The home is located on a private street with 4 homes including Duncan’s Dunes. Plenty of parking for vehicles. This Vacation Rental is a “Beach House by the Sea"

Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay here. The location is fantastic with a great view. The house is very accommodating and comfortable. We look forward to returning to this lovely house in Dillon Beach soon. The house is close to Lawson’s Landing where we spent fantastic days fishing for Dungeness crabs.

We had such a wonderful time! The property has an as absolutely STUNNING view that we enjoyed throughout our stay, but especially at sunset. The home is comfortable and welcoming. We loved staying here. When they said only 1/2 block from the beach , it is really only a short 1/2 block from the beach. The house is located on a private road right off the beach, we couldn’t of gotten a better location. We had our privacy, plenty of parking, loved the hot tub and the views, we certainly had the views. Loved the house, loved the location and we will be back again in the Fall. The home was clean and the property manager was very responsive to all of our questions. Highly recommend this vacation rental! Ellen

Great location

2 of my oldest friends and myself stayed for a few days and enjoyed ourselves immensely. Home was well equipped and comfortable. Used the grill and hot tub and each of us commented on the comfort of the 3 beds. I’d recommend this home to anyone looking for a home next to Dillion Beach. It’s a short walk over with a nice little hill walk back to the house. Thanks to the owners for sharing your home. Respectfully, Glenn & friends
