With amenities like a washing machine, WiFi, and AC, guests can relax and unwind. The living room offers an additional queen bed for extra comfort. Our place will help you feel at home while you're traveling in Saint James City. Bring your boat and fishing rods. Snook, Redfish, Snapper and Tarpon off our dock. Manatees and dolphins occasionally.Boat dock and Lift included. Also there is a wheelchair elevator lift at the rear of the house.

Location was perfect, space felt open and inviting, we were able to tie up right at dock, and fishing was on. Instructions for check in and out were clear and Bryan responded quickly to questions asked.

Thank you for your kind words. The washer and dryer are located in the garage/Carport shed. Sorry for the confusion. I will post pictures of where it is located so other guests can find it.

This is a nice house on a quiet street. It is very clean and freshly updated. Plenty of towels and hot water with good pressure. The kitchen is adequately equipped. The boat dock is sturdy and fairly new. It is nice to have a car port. The washer / dryer is located in the out shed and they appear new. There are fans in every room and the AC works great.
