Neatly tucked away between the wealth of Marylebone, the edgy energy of Soho and the grandeur of Bloomsbury, Fitzrovia is peaceful and attractive, home to small media organisations, small pubs and small restaurants and a smattering of decent hotels. Wide streets lined with tall buildings in Victorian brick mingle with cosy side alleys, with a variety of architectural styles from the eighteenth century to the present day, all of it dominated by the BT Tower, one of London's tallest and most iconic buildings. Within minutes of leaving my flat I'm able to pop to the shops to buy myself some new gear, I can go and see one of the stunning musicals of the West End, or I could enjoy one of the many sophisticated cocktail bars in Soho. It's not always so busy - on a Sunday morning before the shops open I love nothing more than to jog along Oxford Street to Hyde Park and then around St James's Park past Buckingham Palace. This place really does offer it all!"

Perfect long weekend in Fitzrovia London

This flat is roomy, stylish and comfortable. Great design and perfect location just a block off Oxford Street and near the Oxford Circus tube station. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms make it perfect for both families and friends traveling together. A/C is a plus, as is the lift. Coffee shops downstairs and across the street with a M&S Food one black away. Well-located to all of Regent's Park, Marylebone, Mayfair, SoHo, and all of Oxford Street's shopping. My only quibble is I had to track down check-in information less than 24 hours before arrival. But, Eduardo and Arcore Management were super responsive. I'd recommend this property and stay again.

Worst experience ever

The property manager or owner, I’m not sure which, was unresponsive to my emails, chats, phone calls, etc about check in. I finally received a message at midnight before my check in day to tell me that they were not sure if I would be able to stay at the property because of a leak. I explained that I was in a different country and had someone flying in and needed to know asap whether or not I needed to find another place. The property owner never called me or messaged me back. I had to call customer service to get them to call the property owner. They wanted to leave me hanging until 4 pm not knowing whether or not we would have a place to stay. The communication from the very beginning of booking was terrible so I should have known something was not ok with this property. I spent an entire day trying to get this resolved with and trying to find another place. Renter beware if you plan to stay at this property.
