The location of the property is beautiful, it faces the the lake with the pool and hot tub out front. The staff do a great job keeping the property in great shape. The condo was very clean and Lealle was very prompt with her communication. The amenities are excellent.

6/10 Okay

Don’t bother unless you have a boat.

The condo had a very dirty floor (which we asked to have re done) and carpets that are in need of a deep steam clean. The beds were uncomfortable and quiet time even though stated to be 10pm is not enforced so no one really had a great sleep. The pool is small which is fine if there was a beach area/designated area for swimming in the lake but it is really all for mooring boats. The resort is on a busy road that is not walk/run/bike friendly due to the absence of a shoulder and many blind spots. So really if you have a boat and you like to party then it is your ideal place.

Thank you for your review and feedback. We are sorry to hear that your experience was only 3 stars. We do try to enforce quiet time between 11:00PM and 8:00AM and are on site with our windows left open daily. We did not receive any noise complaints but wish we could have had the chance to address if this was an issue. If you are ever in the area in the future, please feel free to visit the Guest Services office as we can provide you with more information on the area such as a non-obstructed beach neighboring our property as well as a fantastic hiking trail on the mountain just behind our resort. We do consider ourselves a family friendly resort and it is extremely uncommon to have a reservation without children as part of the group. We encourage groups to have fun and enjoy the property in a controlled manner; however, partying is not permitted. Thank you once again and we hope you enjoy the rest of your summer!
