Guest access
Guests have access to the entire barn which features 2 bedrooms (queen beds), plus extra sleep area equipped with twin, bunk (max weight limit) and full beds. Large great room with open concept kitchen, 2 bathrooms, large yard with beautiful babbling brook. Laundry area. Enjoy the wonderful pure nature of the property (behind the barn) surrounded by the year round sounds of the fresh flowing brook.(some storage areas :closets “off limits”)/ Yard area behind the barn is accessible.

Other things to note
The Barn has “well” pottable water /not recommend for consumption we provide some bottled water for your convenience you may want to bring extra water based on your groups consumption/needs)

There is Wifi for you to work or stream your favorites on 2 smart TVs. The Main Living Space has a smart TV with an Apple Device (peacock available), the 2nd upstairs TV is a smart TV.

Note:children should be supervised by adult outside, near furnace brook and on upper loft area inside.



Any 'group' non-family- ALL guests MUST BE min. 25 Years Old (full names of all guests requested prior to check in), Max 8. Please indicate total guests in booking extra fees after 6 guests.

The Barn entrance is set near easy access county road, parking is off shoulder in front or park pad -2-3 cars max (winter may be 2 cars due to snow accumulations)

Pet policy: We are dog friendly -$75per dog per stay 2 max ,please let us know in messages- sorry no cats. Dogs should be on leash outside (under your supervision), all waste picked up put in baggies discarded trash cans, please do not bathe pets and please keep pets off all sleeping beds/furniture.

Please put all garbage from house and yard in large garbage pails in front of the house and be sure to BUNGEE chord the pails tight.
Shut off all A/C, Fans, Lights, close all windows and doors, pull shade down on front door of house
Leave Kitchen area as you found it, Clean BBQ leave for next guest (provided as a courtesy). If you made a fire in fireplace or BBQ, let us know. HIT LOCK BUTTON, please message us.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
