Beautiful and charming two bedroom, two bath bungalow Iocated in the heart of the Historic Old Northend. Walking distance to Colorado College and Downtown shops and restaurants. Plentiful off- street parking is available.
Beautifully landscaped with a very private fenced backyard for family gatherings and entertaining. Complete gourmet kitchen with an island and breakfast nook. Two bedrooms with queen size beds can sleep four. The upper level full bath features an oversized marble shower with clear glass enclosure Cozy sunroom off the living room, and an office/den that looks into the backyard. Lower level family room with 45” flat screen TV . Stacked full-size washer and dryer is in the 2nd full bath which is located on the lower level. Wonderful home and location for family gatherings. Host owners are close by.

Holiday Haven

This VRBO was peaceful, blissful,restful and delightful. Part of me doesn't want to tell "you", so I can keep it to myselft. ;) The owners were welcoming and easy to contact and be in touch with. The home is spotless, and tastefully updated and modern. All the upgrades are high quality work. For this season the Christmas decor was over the top. We enjoyed it so much we were tempted to skip seeing family, which was the reason for our visit. ;) I will definitely consider staying again when in the area. The location is great and the neighborhood is quiet. Parking on the street was easy. If you "must", ;) don't hesitate to book this home for you next travel plans.

Wonderful Weekend

We were in town for our child’s parents weekend at CC. Great house in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect distance to the school and downtown. House is in great shape. Wonderful bedrooms and bathrooms. Modern kitchen and great backyard . Will definitely try and stay again if it’s free when we come back.
