Was great space for a family gathering, cooking & spending time together. A few difficulties with door lock not responding correctly & some prior stains on carpet didn’t bother me but just didn’t get to speak to anyone prior to insurance I was not charged for them.

The house was in a perfect location for what we needed. About 10 minutes from downtown and about 10 min to Garden of the Gods. Katlin was a super host and very communicative as things came up. I did have a problem with the electronic door lock (could have been user error). Kaitlyn would have sent people over on a Sunday, but we instead used the physical key so that everyone could enjoy their Sunday evening. Very helpful and the setup was great with main bedroom on main floor, and 3 beds and a pull out couch downstairs for the adult children. I would definitely stay here again!
