Little house at the gateway to the island

Completely renovated house in a quiet area at the gates of Noirmoutier Island that can accommodate 6 people, south-facing facade, small garden of around 100 m2. The house is located about 1 km from the beaches and 1.50 km from the forest, 1 km from the town center and its shops. The house has 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom of approximately 9. 50 m2 with a 1.40 m bed, 2 bedside tables, 1 chest of drawers - 1 other bedroom of approximately 9. 50 m2 with 1 bed of 1.40 cm, 2 bedside tables , 1 wardrobe and 1 bedroom of around 8. 50 m2 with bunk beds of 0. 90 cm, 1 bedside table and 1 wardrobe. All rooms are equipped with a 48 cm flat screen TV.
1 bathroom of about 6 m2 with 1 vanity unit, wc, heated towel rail, washing machine, walk-in shower of 0. 90 cm x 1. 40 cm. A living room of approximately 26 m2 including a kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob ..., a living room, a 80 cm flat screen TV and a large storage cabinet (table and iron, vacuum cleaner) all in a modern style. The garden includes garden table-parasol-sunbathing and barbecue

Out of respect for people who may suffer from allergies, animals are not allowed in the house. The house is non-smoking. It is ideal for 6 people maximum.


We accept holiday vouchers

A deposit of 300 euros will be requested upon arrival and returned by mail after your departure.

You also have the option of taking the cleaning package until the day before your departure. The cleaning fee includes cleaning the bedrooms, the bathroom, the living room, vacuum cleaner, mop, dust ... but does not include cleaning the oven and barbecue as well as emptying the dishwasher for example. ... The cleaning fee is 45 euros. Thank you for your understanding.

La petite maison de la barre de monts est tres bien située pour profiter des belles et grandes plages qui longent l'océan.Nous avons pu déguster les excellentes huitres de vendée a proxilité de la maison.Belles ballades a saint jean de monts saint gilles croix de vie et bien sur noirmoutier qui sont juste a coté.Nous conseillons vivement cette belle région et nous reviendrons certainement une prochaine fois.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus (Reihenendhaus) in Sackgassenlage. Sehr nette und unkomplizierte Vermieterin. Supermarkt in der Nähe viele Strände in der Nähe, gut mit Auto zu erreichen, überall kostenlos Parken

Super séjour, propriétaire à l’écoute très organisée. Ménage nickel Il manque des porte manteaux aux portes ou mur dans les chambres car pour la chambre ayant la commode pas facile avec les affaires et manque une Petite chaise enfant ou pouf à poser sur chaise adulte. Pour le reste super jardin et tout est pensé dans la maison. Merci

Nous sommes repartis satisfaits et en plus une météo parfaite ! La location est de qualité et agréable par son style. L’accueil et la disponibilité de la propriétaire est satisfaisant. Environnement calme (peut être moins en pleine saison). Manquerait un volet dans la chambre pour profiter de grasses matinées : les rideaux laissent passer le jour. Le quartier est médiocre mais bien amélioré au niveau de la location par un aménagement du jardinet sympa. La région offre beaucoup de diversité en activité. Au final, beaucoup de positifs.

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, modern eingerichtet und sauber. Die Lage etwas ausserhalb des großen Trubels, was sowohl Vorteil, als auch Nachteil sein kann. Am Garten könnte man noch was verbessern, allerdings ist die Wohnung ja auch noch nicht alt, und Grün braucht einfach Zeit um zu wachsen. Die Vermeiter waren sehr nett, locker und unaufdringlich.

Magnifique séjour

Magnifique séjour, sous un beau soleil L'accueil très bien les propriétaires sont charmants et sympathiques. La maison tres bien située, pour découvrir le marais et les oiseaux, l'île de Noirmoutier,la pêche à pied (palourdes), les plages, le bois.bref formidable de plus cerise sur le gateau c'est fantastique pour se déplacer et se balader en vélo meme avec de jeunes enfants pistes cyclables souvent en site propre. L'intérieur de la maison sans surprise, comme sur les photos tout propre,literie confortable, rien ne manque. Jardin un peu petit mais très agréable et bien exposé. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous conseillons cette maison et nous y reviendrons certainement.
