We really enjoyed that it was walking distance from the beach! The home was neat, clean, many facilities. The washing machine was broken and I communited this with the rental company..other than that, no issues! Would stay here again if we come to Virginia Beach again.

The location was great, rooms are spacious and clean. Out issue was the shower pressure was very low and the dryer stopped working, the property manager was not very helpful and we ended up fixing the dryer on our own.

Nicole, we replied instantly, on Saturday, asking some more questions on the dryer. We had a note out to our technician to dispatch when he was able, but you then messaged back and ensured us it's working and it was an issue related to user-error (door needed to be properly closed). I am disappointed to see that one, quickly resolved, issue warrants a three start review.

the property was nice, fairly clean but I can be a germaphobe. there were some stains on couch and dog hair on the outside chairs. There were plenty of cooking utensils but the refrigerator was not super cold, took a day to get things cold. Also, the water pressure for all showers was low which was annoying. There are 2 parking spots in back of the property and the owner provides 3 parking passes for a nearby garage. The parking space on the street behind the property are super tight, which is difficult to navigate with a large vehicle. There should be more towels available for the guests but I guess you can wash them as there is a washer and dryer in the unit. Overall, it was a good space. Televisions in every room and well lit.

Ample space and a good layout for the adults to stay on the second floor and kiddos on the third floor. Location, location, location, oh and there's clean, safe space in close proximity to the beach, restaurants, grocery (Harris Teeter). This is the short term rental for YOU!!!

Family Beach Vacation

The house was very nice and in a great location to the beach. There was plenty of rooms and beds so the whole family could stay together. The property managers were very responsive and helped us very quickly when we needed it. Overall it was a great vacation.

Excellent house at Virginia Beach!

This house was lovely, and more spacious than the pictures would suggest. The kids enjoyed having the whole top floor with the bunks and the twins, and the arcade room. The back outdoor space was lovely. The owners worked with us on a late checkout for a reasonable fee, which was very helpful for our trip logistics. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing home near the beach!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home. The property was newly built, beautifully decorated, and clean. We were also impressed that all of the amenities were included as far as towels, bed linens, and a fully stocked kitchen. The location was convenient to the boardwalk, restaurants, and even the highway if needed. We loved it and would definently go back!

Amazing Stay

We stayed at the Cape Henry House for a birthday celebration weekend with friends. The property was clean and very comfortable fit all 11 of us. We loved the large living room and the kitchen was perfect for baking French toast in the morning. Fantastic location as well! It was a short walk to the beach but still inland enough to be out of the hotel busy-ness. Would definitely stay again! Our only advice to new guests would be to bring extra pillows as the pillows in the twin bunk rooms are a bit thin. Everything else was great!

We do hope to have you back despite this low score, of which I am surprised given we communicate what is provided and what is NOT provided for each house. We notated in two placees, namely those check-in details, a packing suggestion list and coffee is number 2 on the list. We do not provide coffee grounds for each and every reservation. We do have a coffee maker on site for your use. The carpets were professionally cleaned prior to the holiday weekend and the stains on site have been treated, scrubbed, deep cleaned, all by Super Steamers, a professional company we've worked with for many years. We will check the pillows, we have extra new ones on hand should they need replacing. Thank you for the information.

Great location and beautiful property.

Overall, we were very impressed with the property. We held my bachelorette weekend and everything was great! Great kitchen space, rooms, living spaces were awesome. My only comment is the floors were very dusty and dirty and the TV was hard to connect.
