A very charming, renovated single-family home located in the heart of the village of Calcatoggio, overlooking the Gulf of Sagone, just a 10-minute drive from Liscia Beach. <br>Ideally located for exploring western Corsica (Ajaccio, Porto) and less than an hour from the mountains (Evisa, Vizzavona) and their hiking trails.<br><br>This 90 m² house, plus a 35 m² terrace, includes: <br>- on the 1st floor: a fully equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a separate toilet<br>- on the 2nd floor: a bedroom with an en suite bathroom and toilet<br>- 2 additional bedrooms on the top floor (level 3)<br> - on the ground floor, there are 2 locked storage rooms reserved for the gardener’s equipment and various tools.<br><br> Sleeps 6 in total <br>- fenced-in property where you can park your vehicle<br>- barbecue available<br>A cosy and pleasant family home.
