Located on highly desirable 6th floor; this is just the right height to enjoy panoramic views from the wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows while still being able to appreciate the dolphins passing by. The awesome balcony will give you front row seats to fireworks at the Pier.
We continually make improvements to our condo to keep our guests comfy and happy.
You will appreciate details like the ship lap bar front and feature wall in the living room, and the glass and marble back-splash in the kitchen. The main bedroom provides extra storage space with a large walk-in closet while the bunk area boasts a barn door for added privacy

Great Condo. parking is terrible.

Need to have assigned condo parking. Each night after coming back from dinner we could not find a place to park. Called security and they were no help. Told us if it is full we had to find parking on our own. We paid 50 to park for a spot. Condo was great. But parking would deter us from staying here again.

Beautiful beaches condo clean and spacious disappointed with the tiki hut not much food wise to choose from and mix drinks very diluted and weak. Loved the market place their pizza was awesome condo close to Pier Park lots of shops and restaurants. Overall I would definitively return.

Beds were comfortable and the location is close to many things in walking distance. My only comment would be to bring your own laundry stuff if you plan to wash clothes and dish soap as there was not any supplies at all there and we had to purchase. But, loved the resort and the condo. Would love to stay again!

Cleanest condo we have stayed in at PCB & we visit atleast once a year. Beach service was great. The pool area is a bit small, but we stay at the beach anyways. I have already recommended Aqua Resort to a friend & plan on booking another stay for my family this fall. Its location to Pier Park is very convenient.

The view was spectacular and the pools were great. I do wish that there was a pool area or a splash pad area for small kids. The power went out in the condo on one of our nights and did not come back on fully until the next day, so it was quite warm when we woke up the following morning. Luckily maintenance did come to fix it early, but it was still a very hot night of restless sleep. The elevators were also a bit on the fritz when we were there. Other than that, our trip was fantastic. Would definitely stay here again!

Another Great Stay at Aqua!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay in unit 610. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The unit was clean and the new beautiful tile floors in the master bedroom and bath were a nice surprise. The furniture and TV in the living room is different than pictured, but still very nice. We enjoyed the included beach service as well. We love being within walking distance to Pier Park! Thank you for sharing your home away from home! We had some minor disappointments about issues outside the unit and no fault of the owners. Aqua has a map on the beach showing a designated tent area. However, that large area is blocked off for 4 jet skis that were almost never used. It was about 1/3rd of the beach in front of the building. The showers/foot sprayers on the boardwalk did not work and/or we couldn’t get them to turn on. Also, being on the 6th floor and with one set of elevators closed due to new flooring, we hoped to use the stairs often. We could go down, but the stairwell door on the first floor was locked, thus exit only. We would also love to see Aqua put up a volleyball net. We really miss the old one that was next door before the new hotel. The huge jet ski area taking up half the beach would be a great spot for a volleyball net if visitors can’t use it for tents. :)

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been vacationing at the beach my entire life and have high expectations when it comes to my vacation. For the most part, Aqua is a great place to stay! There were some areas that could’ve used an improvement. Half of the elevators were not working during our entire stay, which caused some longer wait times. This would’ve been really bad during peak season! We were in the 6th floor and did use the stairs frequently due to this issue. Also, while the pool area is very nice, they do not vacuum the pool daily. With the amount of sand and pool use, it needs it! The only other complaint I have is the beach service provided at the resort needs improvement. I got up at 6:00am and was the first person to set up my chairs and umbrella. At 10:00am, they placed a large group of ten or more people so close to me that once they spread out, their umbrella was right in front of my face! It was so close, it was as if we were in their party! We had to pack up and move! They was also loud music being played from a low floor balcony one evening. Oh, and the construction next door was upsetting at first but not too bad. I can only imagine how crowded the beach is going to be in this area once it’s done!! As for the room itself, it was nice. It could use a new mattress and a shower caddy. Instructions for the TV would be nice too!
