Purple Parrot Resort is a fan favorite and many guests become fans after just one vacation. Guests can be at a gorgeous, white sand - blue water beach with a forever view in just a few minutes. Public Beach Access 1 and 8 miles of pristine gulf beach at Gulf Island National Seashore are an easy 3 -4 minutes drive away. Historic Johnson Beach offers beaches on both gulf and the intracoastal waterway. There are public facilities, park rangers and seasonal lifeguards. The protected miles of undeveloped park lands in the national, state, and county parks make Perdido Key an eco-vacation treasure and Purple Parrot is conveniently located to everything. Downtown Pensacola and all of it's attractions, restaurants and shopping are a short drive to the east. More fun things to do await in Orange Beach, which is just a short drive to the west. You will have everything you need to prepare delicious meals and snacks, but we hope you get to experience the locally caught, fresh gulf seafood while you are visiting. There are community grills if you are interested in having a bar b que or grilling some of that fresh seafood. This unit is available for 3 day getaways and also for extended off season rentals, if you happen to be in the area for military training or if you are escaping the snow.
