Cute Single Story Beach House nestled in the heart of Belmont Shore.
Just a block to the south, one of the largest sand beaches around, as well as Alamitos Bay to the East or a block to the north is popular 2nd Street, with all of it's Shops, Restaurants and Pubs.
This comfortable house hosts 2 bedrooms, 1 recently remodeled bathroom, large wood burning fireplace, private deck in back and a patio in front. Washer and dryer is also available for your laundry needs.
Private parking is available in back if a spot cannot be found on street.

Great beach getaway

The place was well stocked, great location, and Greg is a terrific host. The front patio was the perfect place for a BBQ and a glass of wine, or a cup of coffee in the morning. Looking forward to another future stay!

Best place we’ve stayed!

We had a fantastic stay at the house! The property was beautifully furnished and incredibly well equipped with everything we needed — including beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas! You can tell a lot of thought went into making it feel like a true home away from home. The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from the beach and a short walk to all the great shops and restaurants on 2nd Street. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a perfect beach getaway.

Perfect Getaway!

Our stay in Belmont Shore was perfect. This rental is exactly as stated in the listing. It was clean and comfortable with thoughtful touches. The location is convenient to the beach and 2nd Street shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere! Would highly recommend this rental.

The property had everything a person would need. Kitchen completely equipped, regular towels and beach towels. All the bottled water you could drink, washer and dryer, packages of paper towels and toilet paper. The list goes on and on. My wife and I had a wonderful stay.

A Gem in Long Beach!

The property was exactly as described and more! Perfect location on quiet street just 2 blocks from the beach. Shops and good spots to eat in walking distance. The house was well-laid out for 800 sq ft. Patios out front and back makes the space even larger. Well-appointed kitchen and great shower! Will definitely stay again!

Fabulous get-away!

My adult daughter and I spent four days here and had a FABULOUS time! The location couldn't be better - 2 blks from the beach, 2 from ample coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, and drug store. House is really lovely, front patio is delightful! Couldn't recommend more highly!

I loved this little house. A block and a half away from the beach, within walking distance to shopping and restaurants, it was so convenient to everything Long Beach related. My son and I came out for his baseball tournament. The house was perfect! Location, amenities etc. I especially enjoyed the patio… coffee in the morning, glass of wine in evening. We would recommend this home to anyone staying in the Long Beach area!

Loved this charming cottage!

If you love charming, quiet, walkable Belmont Shores you will love this cottage! We enjoyed being able to walk to the beach and to dozens of pubs and restaurants. We really liked walking thru the neighborhood to see Christmas lights. The weather prevented us from enjoying the outside, but we hope to come back when the weather is better.

Gem property in the heart of Belmont Shores

What an absolute gem of a property! Perfect location to walk and explore the beaches or the shops. Quiet area with a ton of really great food options! The house was perfect for my wife and I and Greg was very easy to work with and accommodating to our changing schedule. I can’t recommend this property enough. Excellent Weeklong Stay

This house was one of the cleanest and definitely the most well-stocked that I've ever rented. Many above-and-beyond supplies were provided (and greatly appreciated), ranging from bottled water and coffee pods, to dish and laundry detergent. Communication with Greg was easy. We especially enjoyed coffee in the morning on the front patio. Multiple beaches, along with many restaurants and shops are just a short walk away.

Wonderful beach vacation

Loved my 2 weeks here. A block from the beach with its paved walking/running and biking paths, and a block in the other direction to bustling 2nd St. with restaurants, bakeries! and coffee offerings. No AC but in early August I didn't miss it, with the cool sea breezes and lots of ceiling fans. Very well appointed, I can't think of a single negative.

Wonderful Beach Home

The experience was wonderful. The owners had everything there for our week long stay. So cozy, comfy and quiet. Short walking distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. The house was stocked with items that made the stay even better. Was not expecting this. Has a old school feel with hardwood floors and beach atmosphere!! Thank you, what a wonderful experience for our first California visit.

Classic Belmont Shore beach cottage

Cozy little beach cottage conveniently located near food, shops, the beach and the bay. I grew up in the area and this classic Belmont Shore beach bungalow is just what I remember about the area. Very homey with everything we needed and lots of personal touches, like a vintage stereo system and furnishings. It was perfect for us and our two elementary school-aged kids. The front sitting area and private back deck were nice bonuses. A cozy, comfortable and authentic way to experience the Belmont Shore area of Long Beach.
