Park Place at The President is an 1850 sq ft spacious oceanfront condo. Unit 601 is the only 3 bedroom, 3 full bath unit in The President, a unique oceanfront condominium with only 24 units. Located on the 6th floor, 601 features an open floor plan where the Large Living Room, Dining Area and Gourmet Kitchen ALL overlook the beach with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean. A private tiled deck opens from both the living room and master bedroom, perfect for dining and relaxing while watching the waves break along the shore. The fully equipped kitchen includes refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven and granite counter tops. The living room has a big screen TV and pull out sofa bed. The glass dining table fits 8 comfortably.
The building has a full sized heated swimming pool, 2 elevators, and 2 parking places with each unit. There is an outdoor shower and foot spray.
There is a huge sun deck next to the pool (overlooking the ocean as well) with chaise lounges for sunbathing and relaxing. There are also gas grills near the sun deck for your convenience.

Fabulous time, great location and omg the view!!

Very well appointed accommodations. Quiet and peaceful location. Amenities were top rate, pool, sundeck, barbecue, beach and close to Capemay and Stone Harbor. Great family vacation spot!!!

Excellent property!

We were all very pleased with our stay in this unit. The location is perfect for us, the view is spectacular & the accommodations were the best we’ve ever had in Wildwood Crest! We tried to book another week in 2024, but there is nothing available - that’s how good it is!!

Oceanview Getaway

Enjoyed sitting on the large balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. It was nice having 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Property was clean and well kept. Kitchen was fine but could use a little updating. Overall a good experience!

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4 plus our in laws. Large, spacious condo located directly on the ocean. Clean, amazing direct views of ocean- absolutely priceless. Will be returning next year!

Condo Stay

The condo is very nice. Love being right on the beach. Views spectacular. Just what we wanted. The only thing I can say is that I wish the TV had even a basic subscription. Couldn't watch ESPN sports, or any of our normal programs. I know this is expensive to carry but it really leaves renters in the dark. I would pay slight more just to have that!

Hi Cliff, Glad you had a wonderful stay at Park Place at The President. Sorry about the Cable situation here in Wildwood Crest. Comcast is our only carrier on the island and they charge excurbatent rates for premium stations even in months outside of our season. Many people now have laptops with apps to watch their favorite shows and sports stations. Also, Park Place is equipped with a smart TV, so Netflix etc do work with each renters own individual log in.
