This property was great for our family and our two dogs. We enjoyed our stay at Sandestin, and the property managers were great to work with. The location was very helpful, very close to the beach access, swimming pool just across the roadway from the unit. The unit was excellent for having pets and it was very spacious. The only issue we had was the washing machine, an issue with the detergent dispenser, but the property managers were made aware of the issue and made arrangements to address the issue. Overall, it was a great place to stay, highly recommended, but I will add that the availability of a golf cart would be beneficial.

We apologize for the problems that occurred during your stay with us, Tara. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was something unexpected and we did move you right away because of this. The washer needed a part for repair and we apologize that it was not quickly fixed while you were with us. As for the golf cart, they do break down from time to time and we sincerely apologize if this caused you an inconvenience. We do thank you for choosing to stay with us and hope that, despite these issues, you enjoyed your time on the beach.
