Very nice, newly remodeled 1 bedroom with a California King bed. Granite Countertops, travertine tile, Microwave, Stove, Dishwasher, Fridge with ice maker. Fully furnished with dishes and cookware. Gorgeous walk in travertine shower. Your home away from home. Centrally located for easy access to all your vacation activities.

Part of a historical complex of houses. Orange tree right outside you bedroom door. Outdoor seating in a lovely courtyard. Memory foam sleeper sofa in the living room for comfortable extra sleeping area. Fast wifi, cable with HBO and Showtime, and a smart TV so you can watch you Netflix in style. Full private unit with it's own separate entrance, kitchen, bath.

We are a non-smoking and pet free home to help create an allergy free space. So please, do not book if you have a pet. We ask to be notified ahead of time if you have a service animal. Because we try to be allergen free, we will want to cover the sofa.

Tucson 1 week stay

The property was exactly what we were looking for. Central location and close to areas we were looking for...golf, hiking and biking. Megan kept us well informed. Great time in Tucson.

Probably one of the cleanest VRBOs I have stayed in. No carpeting—yeah! Restaurants and coffee shops nearby. A nice comfortable VRBO home.

Lovely casita

We stayed in the casita for two weeks and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Megan was available whenever we needed her and she was invisible when we didn’t need her. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Tucson.

We had a wonderful time visiting friends during the middle of monsoon season. This house was perfect for the two of us. We enjoyed the cozy space. It was central to our needs and felt like home. If we needed anything, the owners were just a text/phone call away.

Megan keeps her casita very clean and well stocked. It was central to everything we needed. Lots of options for TV channels which was great because it rained one day. Barrio brewery is a must. Ice maker and dishwasher was nice to have. We will be back.

Our stay was perfect. The side yard faces the mountains which was a bonus!The house was extremely clean and had everything you need and more! THE BED best sleep ever so comfortable. Megan was just message away very quick prompt responses to any questions. Fantastic host's. The house is in a great location for restaurants, zoo, gardens and shopping etc. Definitely would recommend and book again if we travelled back to Tucson🌵💕

Tucson Stay

We spent a month at Megan's house. The house was very clean and the bed was SO comfy!! We liked the location...we went to Tucson to hike and most areas we wanted to go to were within 20-30 minutes away. Access to the Loop was 5 minutes away. Close to grocery stores and a great taco shop 4 blocks away. Megan was prompt in communicating with us. We would recommend Megan's home to family and friends.

Very Clean

My husband and I were here for a few days and couldn’t have been more satisfied with the casita. First it was super clean. I have an eye for dirt and I couldn’t find anything that was dirty.. The house was nicely appointed and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and it was great that you could adjust the temperature in each of the rooms. The shower was robust with lots of hot water. We reached out to the owner during the stay and she was immediately responsive and resolved the issue. The reason I gave four stars to the accuracy of the online description is that I did not consider the place luxurious. Having said that, it was highly comfortable and very satisfactory. We will stay there again!

Such an easy and beautiful place to stay. The house was exactly how it was pictured. Perfect for what we needed. I don’t live in Arizona but I know I will be coming down very often and I will be staying here again. Megan is a great host!!

We spent 12 days at this casita and loved everyday of it! The casita was cozy and quaint! The bed was phenomenal. The bathroom was clean and the amenities were as specified! Our hostess was so very friendly and responded quickly when we needed something! We would not hesitate to book this VRBO again in the future!

Great central location

We were never more than 20 minutes from anything we wanted to do. Neighborhood was quiet and well maintained. Everything we needed was available, shaving cream, q tips, shampoo and conditioner. The hotels don't hold a candle to what you get for the price.

We bought this property and restored it to its glory. We live on site in the middle of the main building that's behind you.

Why they chose this property

This is an oddity. Because it was built when this was considered way out of town and Tucson eventually built itself around it, it seems out of place. You will see why when you get here. There are 4 units on the property, 3 are attached and include the main house totaling 5,000 square feet surround by normal sized 1,000 square foot homes within the neighborhood. Your comfy home away from home is just over 650 sq. ft. but each foot is well utilized.
