Great property right on the beach, very well appointed and large 2 bed 2 bath for a family with kids which was much appreciated. Friendly staff. Clean and well maintained resort. Good store with any missed items. Easy directions and easy access to all of Rocky Point. Very responsive owner.

Perfect stay

This has been the 6th year in a row that my family and i have done our annual Rocky Point trip, we all talked about it and all agree that condo D302 is by far the best stay we've had in experience and look forward to rebooking this same condo availability permitting at time of planned vacation.

Great, clean, quiet resort

We really enjoyed this condo. It was very clean and had everything we needed. This was our first time staying at this resort. Very quiet and clean. Pools were warm and well maintained. House had TV, WIFI, Netflix etc. David was very responsive and helpful. We would rent this condo again!

Easy booking and gorgeous stay at Princesa!

This is probably second or third time booking with this owner, everything was super smooth. Just one thing our group could have used : more plastic bowls (to mix our pancake mix, for example). Kitchen is fully ready, and frying pans were great- thanks for so many! You will have the fluffiest and most white towels you can ever imagine. The beds are also very comfortable in this unit. Thanks so much for a wonderful time, we will most certainly book again.

Really Nice Place

The unit is in a great location, in the back center, so you get a nice view of the grounds and the ocean. We walked the beach for miles both ways, and noticed that the Princesa was the one with the best grounds and pools. It's really pretty and well cared for. The unit was clean and well supplied. The fridge leaks water at times, and there were no wine glasses, only plastic margarita glasses, but those were very minor problems. The master bedroom is fabulous. The other bedroom that sleeps 6 is definitely cramped for multiple people, but most of the time we were outside. We had trouble getting the TV to connect to either local tv stations or Netflix, but the owner got it working for us before we left. Overall, it was a lovely stay and we would definitely go back to this rental.

Didn't get combo till we were at front door. At bottom of listing we thought it said 3 bedroom. The second bed was bunks and once in bottom you couldn't move. 3 beds in one room so you couldn't turn around. Couch was falling apart and dirty.no cable in front room. Twio nights before we left internet went out. Pans were all worped.smoke detectors kept chirping. Only Spanish on small TV. TSRRIBLE

I own 2 condos with well over 175 reviews averaging 4.8 STARS. I take great pride in providing a clean and enjoyable stay for each guest. I think my reviews say that loud and clear. I am sorry to say, this is the worst guest I have ever had. He complained my condo was not 3 bedroom. My listing says 2 bed/ 2 bath in the headline and twice the body. The pictures show all on the beds in the bedrooms. The door code was sent the day he booked -1 day notice for the stay. I sent communications asking for the required guest names for the security gate form -no response. I texted asking how their stay was going. No response. I would be happy to replace a battery or reset the internet. All you need to do is ask. The TV's have Mexican cable but do have 7-9 American TV channels from Arizona. I also offer free Netflix in English or you can use your own. The guest needs to communicate with the owner so all issues can be handled in a timely manner with no disruption to the guest. That did not happen here. Thank you

Amazing Spring Break

Super clean apartment! it smelled fresh as I entered. This property has a brand new fridge, brand new stove and oven and all appliances necessary (in my opinion they could use a new frying pan, since it's so nice to make our own pancakes the day the cantina is shut down, on Wednesdays). This was our third time, but first at David's property. They carry big, white fluffly towels that actually dry- and OF COURSE we brought our own beach towels and other beach equipment. Please have the number of towels to the number of guests coming David (but I always bring extras, as well as rugs for the floor since my kids splash water sometimes). We try to leave the apartment cleaner than we found it, and took care of it like it was our own. David is quick to reply, either you choose to email or text him. I asked about the water one night (it was a bit cold!) but it isn't an issue of the condo, and yes for the whole building- give it a little time and the water heats up. My kids appreciate it the space- we loved everything about it. The drier works despite being old (I think it's the style for these condos, our previous had the same style)- and YES- we did clean the Lint holder a couple of times, as our host suggested. I would book this property again, in a heartbeat.

FANTASTIC hosts and the condo is truly as pictured. We have a family of six. We stay at the Princesa resort a couple times a year, and this was the first condo that we've stayed at that had triple beds in their second room. Our three older kiddos loved that they all got their own beds to use (our toddler was camped out in their portable toddler bed) and they didn't have to paper-scissor-rocks it for who had to be stuck on the couch.An absolute WIN in everyone's book LoL Plenty of sitting/eating space. Lots of cooking/eating/drinking utensils to cover all our needs and then some. Great stay overall, and would absolutely rent from this host again in the future.

Beautiful condo!!

Very nice place to enjoy a few days of much needed R&R. Close to the beach and although the property is under construction in the pool area it will be that much nicer when it is complete! Condo is very large and well maintained!
