Beautiful renovated ranch on 1 acre, 2 miles from the stadiums.

3 bedroom, 2 bath ranch sitting on an acre of land. Home was built in 1924 and completely renovated last year. Every appliance and all the furniture in the house are new. Property is secluded and private in an open area. On a nightly basis you will see deer and other wildlife in the back yard. Arrowhead and Kauffman stadiums are less than 2 miles away. Why pay $150 a night, per room for a hotel, when you can have a 3 bedroom house with all the amenities as home?

Great location for events at the stadium complex. Fifteen minutes from parking lot to living room on our day at a Royals game. Clean, comfortable and quite. Easy access to main roads that will take you where you want to go in the KC area. This will be at the top of the list for future trips to the area.

If headed towards KC for some genocide barbecue or a Chiefs or Royals game in the near future, you should consider staying here, especially if you are the type to enjoy a morning coffee and seeing live animals in the backyard. Very close and easy to get to GEHA or Kaufmann, I also hear that the KC women's soccer team is a great watch a well. Thank you Ryan

The house is very comfortable and very inviting. It has all the benefits you can hope for including three good size bedrooms, two full-size bathrooms, a large kitchen and a comfortable living area. The house was clean and well stocked with toiletries, towels, and cooking utensils. We felt very safe and comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

I didn't receive check-in instructions and got a bit nervous. However, the host then called me personally and gave me the code and all worked out great. I suggest making sure you have the code before you are trying to enter (my fault, ha!) and otherwise it was a great property and we had no complaints.

The water was hot, the bed was comfy, the Internet was fast...clean and well-maintained updated home in a quiet, older neighborhood near the stadiums. We've stayed here many times over the years and it feels like a second home. Highly recommended!

Lovely stay at this renovated farmhouse. Ryan was extremely kind and easy to communicate with. The rooms were very comfortable and the kitchen and living room were large, but cozy. Our favorite part of the home was sitting on the back porch enjoying coffee in the morning.

This house was well renovated and had nice extras like coffee pods and some pantry items. The location is centralized to just about everything. The host is responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend this property. If traveling here in the winter you may want to bring an extra blanket. The thermostat goes to 72 but if you aren't used to the cold it will still feel chilly.

The location of the property was perfect for easy access to Kauffman Stadium and a Kansas City Royals game - less than 10 minutes away by car. The property was spacious with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The property is in a quiet neighborhood with a huge backyard - we even saw some deer (a doe and two fawns)!

Colorado native, however a Royals and Chiefs fan. We bought the house as an investment and to attend the football and baseball games.

Why they chose this property

My wife and I fell in love with property when we first saw it. The house was built in 1924 and has been completely gutted and renovated. The previous owner poured 2 years of hard work and love into this home to make it what it is today.

What makes this property unique

House is in a secluded area with no neighbors behind the house. It sits on an acre lot in the middle of town, close to the stadiums. Everyday you'll see a family of 5 white tailed deer, foxes, blue birds and cardinals.
