About this property

Sunny home in the heart of Carmel-by-the Sea

Listen to the waves at night in this 1600 sq ft home with a cook's kitchen, a comfortable living room with a view of the ocean, two bedrooms upstairs, a separate 1 bedroom suite downstairs, and a backyard garden terrace for dining al fresco. Excellent location with a few minute walk to the beach and town.

Come for the month of August. You will be just a few blocks away from the entrance to Pebble Beach for the Concourse d'Elegance (Car Show)

We live in the area so will be available for any issues that may come up.

No smoking in the house or yard please and no pets. Maid service is available for a fee. The coastline south of Carmel is about as spectacular as it gets.

Please note you will be expected to sign a rental agreement.

Please note that Carmel-by-the-Sea requires a minimum of a 30 day stay. Shorter stays will not be accommodated.

Relaxing in Carmel

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely, comfortable home. It has a great living room for gathering and a beautiful garden and patio for visiting. The close to town location is great for walking to restaurants, shopping and beach.
