Base booking is for a maximum of 4 guests.
Additional guests are $8 per night per person.
Maximum capacity is 8 guests by law, as per the Township of Osoyoos Short Term Rental Regulations.

Effective Oct 01/18 all British Columbia short term rental stays are subject to the 8% Provincial Sales Tax (PST) on accommodation and 3% Municipal and Regional District Tax (MRDT).

Effective July1/22 5% GST will be charged on all accommodations and cleaning fees as per CRA.

Located POOL SIDE with great LAKE VIEW'S. This charming 3 bedroom / 2.5 bath is right across the street from Osoyoos Lake. The main floor is an open concept design featuring a full kitchen (granite), 2 pc. bath/laundry, den area including electric fireplace and practical laminate flooring in the dining and living room area. Spacious deck (15 X 7) with a barbeque to enjoy the view and a patio to enjoy your early morning coffee from. Also patio off master bedroom on the lower level. This level also has the 2 other bedrooms, 3 piece ensuite and a 4 piece bathroom. Property includes a pool and hot tub with a private waterfront and it's very own BOAT SLIP at extra cost per day if available. Can enquire with owner as this is not booked through VRBO.
