Lakeshore Villas Resort - Three Bedroom Lakefront Condo

The lakeview condo is a 3 bedroom / 2 bathroom 1380 sq. ft home located on the quieter side of Osoyoos lake. With sweeping views of the lake from the two large balconies with Weber BBQ, dining, and lounge seating. Condo is located across the street from the beach, and outdoor heated pool, hot tub, and gym. The Pool is open from May long weekend to Thanksgiving.

The space
Private entrance, featuring open concept kitchen with granite countertops, spacious dining and living room area to relax after a day at the beach. The Living room and Master bedroom have flat screen smart TV's. The Dining Room table will seat up to 6 people comfortably, and the kitchen is stocked with with most items needed for meals.

Other things to note
This is a strict no party home. Please be respectful of neighbours and noise levels.

During the summer season we don't accept booking that leave 1-3 days vacancies in between booking on the calendar.

No smoking or pets permitted within the Condo, due to allergies.

This condo has everything you need to have a great time in Osoyoos. It’s located across the street from the lake and within a decent walk to wineries and downtown Mario was a great host and we would definitely stay here again.

The Villa was well equipped, and very roomy and comfortable. Plus it had an awesome view of the lake and hills. We made use of the pool and jacuzzi daily. Such a lovely place to vacation.

Perfect place to stay for our golf trip. 3 of us each had a bedroom, which was great. Nice big place, well taken care of. Having a bbq on the patio was perfect. Pool and hot tub were great after playing 36 holes a day. Mario was an excellent host

Canada's Wine Country

Weather was great, most vineyards were open for tasting and purchases. Most things are conveniently located, actually we only had trouble finding a bathing suit but the Home Hardware in Osoyoos needs to be visited, it has almost everything.

Osoyoos in October

We rented this unit for the month of October, and were very happy with our choice. The unit is very spacious and comfortable. We were able to have visitors over Thanksgiving weekend, and they were impressed as well. The host is very quick to respond to any queries, and really wants to provide a good experience. To enter the unit, once you get off the elevator, the unit is at the far end of a breezeway. We went into the suite before dragging everything up, and found a folding wagon in the front closet. To say that this helped bring up all the small items is an understatement! The location is great, easy to walk in both directions. The October weather was beyond spectacular, so we were able to utilize the pool and hot tub before they shut down after Thanksgiving Sunday. We would book here again in a heartbeat!
