Downtown Estes - Luxury Loft with KING Bed in the Heart of Town!

Town of Estes Park registration # 6144. Get away from it all in the mountains of Estes Park with luxury and the convenience of a walk-to-everything downtown location. The location cannot be beat, it is right on the Riverwalk and main street; you'll be able to walk to shops, restaurants and art galleries on the main street of Estes Park.

The private porch overlooks the river so you can spend the afternoon enjoying the sound of the river bustling below or get busy having fun in Rocky Mountain National Park and finish the day with a bite to eat, nearly every restaurant in Estes is walkable from this location.

This luxurious and quiet loft in the heart of town has 12 foot ceilings, a warm gas fireplace, sky lights and lots of light, full bath with an enormous jacuzzi tub, granite counter tops and a large private covered deck overlooking the river walk. There are skylights and lots of natural light coming in early in the morning and throughout the day, it adds a warmth to the space that we absolutely love (but if you like to sleep in late you may get annoyed by the sunlight!).

You'll find that this loft is very quiet with a peaceful with a view of a hillside, you will feel miles away while relaxing in this quiet gem and if you're lucky you'll watch a herd of elk walking by the hillside. Living, dining and kitchen are all part of an open, sunny space. The building is secure & safe with a few cute shops and a spa right below. In addition to the king bed in the bedroom we have a murphy bed (wall bed) in the living room for any additional guests with a very comfortable mattress. There is a washer/dryer in the loft available for guests to utilize as well.

Estes Park is just an hour and a half drive northwest of Denver, Estes Park offers numerous festivals, restaurants, art galleries, shopping, golf, tennis, music venues, museums and historic properties such as the grand Stanley Hotel.

Rocky Mountain National Park is only a few miles up the road and has 350 miles of hiking trails covering the most easily accessible, pristine mountains in the United States. Hiking, biking, horseback riding are all available in the park or you can drive Trail Ridge Road over the Continental Divide, the highest continuous paved road in the country.

Great loft, even greater location! The rental was very well stocked, warm and inviting. Great porch right over the river, oversized couch to relax after long days exploring the area and an absolutely wonderfully comfortable king size bed. The location makes it the perfect home base. It allows for easy walk ability to downtown shopping and dining, while just a short commute to access the park.

Very clean and peaceful place in excellent location downtown Estes park, close to shops and restaurants. In this wonderful place you have a king size bed dining, bath and shower and living area kitchen and great balcony overlooking the river. Bright and clean condo in downtown Estes

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! We particularly loved the location - parking was super convenient behind the building and we could walk everywhere. Laundry is always appreciated. The condo was very bright and clean, also quiet. Checkin was tricky as the key pad to the main exterior door of the building was not working (and only intermittently worked throughout our stay) but we just brought the key everywhere with us, and got in easily that way. The Murphy bed in the front room was fun, but it should be noted there are NO window coverings so either whoever sleeps here needs to be an early riser, enjoy being awoken by the sun, or have a really good eye mask to block out all of the bright light.

We had a good stay in Estes Park in mid March and enjoyed the location of the condo. You are in walking distance to most of what downtown offers, especially in the warmer months. The condo was nice enough and mostly well-kept. The place has a few little quirky things going on. Some of those are listed in the welcome note from owner (rather than fixed but mentioned at least). A few that aren't listed: the TV in the bedroom doesn't seem to turn off with the remote but rather reboots constantly, the shower seems to be one of those bathtub fitters that is fitted over an older tub or something but it feels, and certainly sounds, like you may fall through at any moment. Balcony is nice but you're just overlooking a public parking lot. We did not have any issue parking in said lot but I could see that being a big issue in the summer months. I always take a bit of issue with being told, as a paying customer, to wash the sheets and towels before leaving. Materials are provided but I'm already being charged a cleaning fee so where is that money going? It's always been an off-putting point for me. Then to be threatened with an additional charge for not starting the laundry and dishes, but finding a load of towels in the dryer during my stay seemed a bit out of line. Owner was responsive during our stay and that's always a nice touch. However, that damage deposit is kept for far too long after checking out (it was over a week) and she did not respond to my inquiry about the timing of the deposit return.

Perfect! That's what it was. From the most comfortable bed, to the relaxation on the balcony overlooking the river, to the place being stocked with just about everything you'd need. Best of all, it was within walking distance to both ends of Estes Park so it made exploring so easy. Stacey was the perfect host and great at communicating. Without a doubt, we'll stay there again.

Very nice place. Close to the Main Street in town but facing the stream not the noisy street. Sitting on the deck with a cold drink after a day of hiking was very pleasant and yet we were still walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This is a lovely condo right in the heart of downtown, and a fantastic location to make as base camp for visiting RMNP. We loved sitting on the balcony and listening to the babbling river.

This place is great!

This is a roomy, modern loft sort of interior, that is on the very end of Elkorn Ave. There is a huge king-sized bed, a spacious living/dining area, a well appointed tub/shower and a private deck that overlooks the Fall River. Parking is convenient. For being so close to down town, it was really quiet. (We did not see many elk in RMNP, but there were easily over 200 in the evening at the golf course--about a 20 minute walk away). The property manager kept in touch all along the way, and I am sure we could have contacted her if there were any issues. (There were none.) There were just the two of us,but there is also a hide-a-bed in the living area.. This is very much on our "will return to" list.

Perfect downtown location - very walkable. Condo is perfect and deck backs to river with beautiful sound of flowing water. Easy drive to RMNP or easy walk to shuttle from visitor center. Very clean, comfortable and well kept condo. Easy parking with pass provided. Highly recommend!

This condo was clean, comfortable and has a great location! Go out the front and you are steps away from shopping and dining and of course treats!! Step out back and you can relax by the river. The beds were comfortable, and the deck was a great place to enjoy the outdoors. This was a 5 star stay!
