Feel secluded but located within 15 min to groceries, and convenient in town services...Camelback ski and tubing (or Camelbeach for the summer), waterpark, golf, hiking/biking/fishing, Adventure Sports, Whitewater rafting, Delaware water gap, Shawnee Ski, and outlet shopping/restaurants/wineries... The area is loaded with popular Pocono attractions!

Outdoor—large onsite pool (open end of May to end of Sep) and hot tub (open all year round), large outdoor areas, fire pit, plenty of seats, hammock, lounge chairs, etc..beautiful trees all around us! Indoor—sleep up to 12 guests plus infants (we cannot go over this count at any time), 3 living areas, pool table, ping pong, games, poker table, Sauna, large stocked kitchen, 4 TVs plus projector screen, Xbox, WiFi, set up for large gatherings, comfortable mattress and bedding. All beds are made and clean towels provided by our professional housekeeping team. Essentials like shampoo soap etc are provided.

There is room for the entire family and friends! 5000 sqft house with comfortable beds, and 3 large living areas plus huge outdoor area to spread out the group—everyone will find something fun to do inside or outside the house, yet the whole group is together and making special memories together.

Large, airy living room filled with natural lights and built-in fire place (wood provided). TV and sectional sofa plus table and chairs to enjoy some board games.

Dining room have more than enough seats for everyone. It is open to the kitchen and the space is very large —plus 2 outdoor dining sets (located on the same level as the dining room). Sofa and smart TV also on this level. The kitchen fully stocked to cook and serve for a larger group.

Basement family room with projector screen and Xbox—perfect for family movie and game time! Many game areas like ping pong, pool table, foosball, game stands, poker table with poker set, etc. Sauna, an extra refrigerator, and another TV in this room.

Last but not the least: Huge outdoor spaces with onsite hot tub and pool—multiple decks with spaces 5 times larger than a regular deck is just phenomenal. Huge pool..much bigger than standard size pools open May to Sep when weather permits. To list there are dining sets, lounge chairs, bbq grill, swings, hammock, multiple seating areas, and fire pit table with chairs around it—basically we will have more than enough seats for everyone to enjoy the outdoors even if we have a full house.

Mountain view in the winter and deer visits all year around. Everything needed for fun right here on the property that you wouldn’t need to leave.

$150 hot tub service fee if you wish to use it (opens all year round). Pool service fee is $150 (onsite pool open Memorial Day to end of Sep). The cleaning fee includes linen and towel service (no extra charge for this service). Note that the $40 property fee is the community rental registration fee.


Layout of the house:

1st level:
This is one open area with game room and family room all in one level. The family room has projector screen and Xbox. Also in the room is a full-size pull out sleeper sofa.
Game room has Sauna, ping pong, Foosball, hockey table, Poker table with chipset & 8 chairs, bean bag toss, basketball/dart/etc game stands, board games, another set of sofa, TV, and a 2nd refrigerator for the cold drinks.

From the game room/family room, there are multiple sliders opens up to the amazing multi-tier outdoor decks. We have multiple seating areas (hammock, anti-gravity chairs, swings coming soon), fire pit table, hot tub, pool (open for summer). Beautiful backyard with trees all around and winter mountain view.

2nd/main level:
Enter the house into this large dining/entertaining room. 3 dining tables, plus smart TV, pool table, and sofa (with full size mattress pull out). Dining room connects to a gorgeous kitchen fully equipped to cook and serve for a large group. Some small appliances include 2 microwaves, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and rice cooker.

Dining room also has sliders to the outdoor dining deck with outdoor dining sets and BBQ grill with gas tanks.

To the other side of the dining room is the hallway that leads to 1 Jack & Jill guest bath (walk-in shower) and 2 bedrooms with walkout sliders. There is 2 queen beds in one bedroom, and 1 king bed in the other bedroom (with in-room connection to the Jack & Jill bathroom). We have a pack and play, and if you need it set up please let us know prior to trip.

3rd level:
Open and airy living room with high ceiling and gorgeous fireplace. Lots of windows to look out to the tree lined back yard. Sectional sofa and smart TV. Another round table for board games and tea time. There are lots of space in this room if you like to do yoga or bring your own games to play.

4 more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on this (3rd) level:
The master bedroom has it's own bathroom and walk in closet--bathroom w double sink, soaking tub and separate shower; King bed, Full over Full bunk with Twin trundle, plus TV in the room.
The 3 bedrooms in the hallway share the hallway bath with tub--2 of the bedrooms have the same configuration which is Queen bed with Twin over Twin bunk; and the other bedroom has King bed with Full over Full bunk. All our beds are super comfy for good night sleep and because we have lots of beds, we kindly ask our guests to stay green by only using the beds they need or close door to the room they won't need.
