The space

The home is a contemporary work of art; the interior features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms & truly encompasses the Florida lifestyle with indoor-outdoor living. From spacious bedrooms & the grand master bath to the gourmet kitchen & SONOS sound system you'll never want to leave! The interior seamlessly merges with the outdoor living space. The pool is heated year-round, and the covered outdoor kitchen includes a grill, fridge, sink & an outdoor TV. Guest access

Guests have access to the entire home except for the owners closet in the 3rd bedroom and Den, but there is a large dresser for guest storage.



Other things to note

The home comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beach (chairs, towels, umbrella, & beach cart to easily get it all there). The kitchen and bathrooms are also fully equipped. The den has a Sofa Bed and 2 desks, should you unfortunately need to work on your vacation! There is parking for up to 4 vehicles, 2 air conditioned garage spaces and 2 driveway spots.
There is a flat screen TV in each room, an 85" 4K with SONOS Sound System in the living room, 65" in the master bedroom and 55" in the lanai where you can watch your favorite show from the pool. Listen to your favorite music in the living room or on the lanai with the SONOS System (to use the SONOS System guests needs to download the app on your cell phone).
