Charming 19th century BRETON FARM, completely renovated, bringing a change of scenery and comfort, 5 kms from POINTE de l'Europe (POINTE du RAZ) 300 meters from a small typical port of Cap Sizun where you can fish and dive, 2 km from the beach which can be reached by car or on foot via the hiking trails (numerous and some coastal)
This house offers: an entrance hall, a living room with a typical closed fireplace, a flat screen TV, a single bed possibly used as a sofa, 2 comfortable armchairs and a wardrobe, a Breton Dining Room-Kitchen in which are concealed all current comfort: Ceramic hobs, Traditional oven, Microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, pots, dishes, EVERYTHING is there!By a SECRET PASSAGE, one reaches a lean-to in which one will find the 2 ° WC, a washing machine and a dryer hidden in cupboards, On the 1st floor: 2 Spacious bedrooms each with a wardrobe - wardrobe, a table - desk and 2 single beds reachable in 1 double bed for 2 people (Superior Quality) cozy duvets, sheets provided and a bathroom with window.

Un séjour magnifique

J’ai passé quatre semaines dans cette très belle maison typiquement bretonne. La maison est située dans une région très calme à seulement 5 minutes d’un petit port impressionnant. Et il y a un jardin très beaux et grand. L’aménagement intérieur est très fonctionel et généreux. Seulement la cuisine est peut-etre un peu petite pour huit résidents. Le propriétaire est très gentil, aimable et serviable. Pour moi, ma femme et mes six amis, le séjour a été un grand plaisir et je reviendrais sans hésiter. Merci Monsieur Brenier, pour ce séjour très agréable.

Wunderbare Erholung in liebevoll eingerichtem Bauernhaus

Wir haben einen wunderbaren Urlaub bei tollem bretonischem Wetter in einem liebevoll hergerichtetem Haus verbracht. Der Vermieter hat und sehr freundlich empfangen und wir haben ein sauberes und schönes Haus beziehen können. Aus den Äpfeln, die uns der Vermieter aus dem eigenen Garten brachte, konnten wir leckeres Apfelmus und Apfelgrumbel zubereiten. Große Menschen müssen bei der Deckenhöhe etwas aufpassen! Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen.

Paradis de paix et nature

Une belle maison un peu primitif, mais tipique bretonne et très agréable, et on a tous le comfort on a besoin. Il y a un très grand jardin complettement privé (et 2 terasses). La maison est situé au bord de village, une oase de paix. A 300 m on a la mer (une belle vue ! et le depart de GR) La région est formidable pour faire des promenades, problabement les plus spectaculair de bretagnes. Le GR est partout au long de la cote. A partir de plogoff, tous les jolis "pointes" sont tous près.

Ruhiges, liebevoll eingerichtetes Bauernhaus

Das Haus ist ein altes Haus mit Natursteinmauern, die natürlich nicht 100% sauber sind. Es liegt auf dem Land, das bedeutet, dass sich die eine oder andere Spinne und Maus verirrt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, im Ort gibt es 2 Bäcker, aber keinen Supermarkt. Einen Strand gibt es im Ort selbst nicht. Im Inserat stand, dass WLAN vorhanden sei. Das stimmt nicht, aber wir haben das enorm genossen. Der Aufenthalt war wunderbar.

Sehr schöne Lage in ruhigem Dorfkern, großer Garten vor und hinter dem Haus, Haus mit historischem Charakter, vor Einblicken geschützter Garten, Spaziergänge zur Felsenküste starten unmittelbar vor Haustür, sehr gut geeignet für Familie mit Kindern

Maison traditionnelle très bien rénovée et disposant d'un grand jardin, à proximité des commerces et de nombreuses plages. Les enfants on adore le club de voile et les cours de poney, les visites de villages, moulins, ... Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires .

Eine kleine Idylle

Das Haus ist eine kleine Idylle, sehr ruhig, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und nah am Küstenweg, der einmal rund um die Halbinsel mit ihren malerischen Buchten führt. Die beiden Terrassen laden zu ausführlichen Mahlzeiten im Freien ein und das Haus ist für fünf Leute sehr großzügig ausgebaut. Angenehm ist die Möblierung mit alten Möbeln, die erst gar keinen IKEA-Charme aufkommen lassen. Weil im Ort keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind, selbst für das Baguette und die Croissants muss man fahren, sind Räder sehr praktisch. Die Vermieter sind charmant, unkompliziert und hilfsbereit.

A éviter pour la mauvaise saison.

Très jolie rénovation extérieure, mais l'intérieur est un palais des courants d'air inchauffable, même à grands renforts de kilowatts. Glacière humide à notre arrivée. Le propriétaire n'est pas forcément sur place et bien que la personne mandatée pour l'accueil soit charmante, elle ne peut pas faire de miracle! Le propriétaire est devenu inatteignable après l'encaissement de la location. L'équipement est incomplet, vieillot, souvent dépareillé et d'une propreté douteuse. Par temps de pluie, de l'eau noirâtre ruisselle de la cheminée mal condamnée, goutte dans les casseroles et le long des murs. Dans le séjour, belle grande cheminée, mais pour le bois, débrouillez vous!... On nous avait parlé d'une literie de premier ordre, couette, etc. Nous avons trouvé un vieux couvre lit enfilé dans une housse rêche. La première nuit fut très inconfortable et glaciale et nous avons employé notre premier jour de vacances à une expédition à Quimper afin d'approvisionner une couette et sa housse dignes de leur nom. Bref, rien n'est fait dans cette maison pour vous accueillir correctement... A vos risques et périls!

Il y a malheureusement des gens qui ne sont heureux nul part ou bien uniquement en critiquant! La seule critique valable est l'infiltration d'eau noircie par gros temps par l'ancienne cheminée. le couvreur est venu, a mis un "chapeau hermétique," la hotte a été repeinte; il n'y a plus de problème. Le reste n'est pas recevable: voir les autres appréciations. Nous avons tout fait pour que les vacanciers passent de bonnes vacances

fantastische plek

Wij, een gezin met 2 kinderen in de leeftijd van 7 en 15 jaar, hebben hier een heerlijke 2 weken verbleven. Het huis is heerlijk ruim, ligt op een groot stuk prive grond (ommuurd) met een parkeerplaats op het terrein en is van alle gemakken voorzien, met een mooie badkamer en een heerlijke ruime woonkeuken. De ontvangst is zeer warm, Philippe en zijn vrouw doen er alles aan om je direct thuis te laten voelen. In de directe omgeving is van alles te doen. Op loopafstand is er een bakker en een kleine kruidenier, verder vind je hier ook 1 van de beste creperies uit de omgeving, een absolute aanrader. Supermarkt is te bereiken met de auto binnen 5 minuten. Witte zandstranden zijn er ook binnen enkele minuten bereikbaar en de kustlijn zelf ligt op 3 min. loopafstand. Verder kun je in de omgeving fantastische wandelingen maken langs de mooie ruige kustlijn. Een absolute aanrader voor wie van rust en strand houd.

A lovely house and a very warm welcome

We enjoyed the sense of history in the house, which has been beautifully renovated. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for walking along the coast, travelling to beautiful beaches and walking to the village for shopping and a lovely simple restaurant. An excellent venue for families of all ages. Thank you very much.

Belle maison bretonne très joliment rénovée.

Très bon séjour dans cette maison pleine de charme, restaurée avec goût, au calme et au cœur des beautés du Cap Sizun. Très belles chambres agréables. Propriétaires très sympathiques et à l'écoute pour rendre le séjour idéal.
