The kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, fridge with freezer, rotisserie oven, food processor, pressure cooker, coffee maker, toaster, microwave oven, etc.
Outside the property, we have a beautiful 8mx4m swimming pool, 2 shaded pergolas, a large terrace with garden furniture, a teak table and 6 chairs, sun loungers, deckchairs, barbecue, loggia and garden shed.
In our private residence, 400m from our house, there is a large 10x20 pool, a small pool and 5 tennis courts, all accessible free of charge.
