Enjoy this clean, well maintained, and well equipped home away from home. House has an open floor plan with everything you need. Great view of the Delaware Bay. Beach access is directly across from the yard. The home is clean, bright, comfortable, and fully furnished. Enjoy the screened deck with a great view of the bay. Enjoy grilling on the Weber grill. Enjoy evenings around the outdoor fire pit.

Beach chairs and many beach toys are provided.

Off street parking is provided for at least 5 vehicles.

**This property is treated outside throughout the summer for mosquitos and other insects.

A country store is located steps away for last minute items you may need. Food made to order. Send the kids there for ice cream, or rent water toys.
