About this property

3 minute walk to sunset beach, this cottage is on an acre parcel; away from it all but so close to the warm pacific ocean at world famous sunset beach on Oahu's north shore! It is across the street from sunset beach and the address is on Kam Hwy. The house is not directly on the highway and sits back away from the road so you hear no road noise. (Cottage is on large parcel with main house and is rented separately from the main house-see listing 933050 for the main house). Cottage has all of it's own amenities, including washer/dryer and parking-only thing shared is the driveway! Has a queen bed in the loft and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Not suitable for any more than 2 adults. Kitchen has all necessities EXCEPT for an oven. Has propane grill on the lanai. Fully furnished with all linens, including beach towels and wifi!

Beautiful Cottage by the Ocean

Cathy's place was the perfect location for our north shore Oahu trip. It was exactly as pictured and had everything we needed during our stay. We especially liked the outdoor grill! Having sunset beach just across the road was also wonderful. Beautiful location to sunbathe and watch some surfing.

Nice spot

Great area, close to the beach. Perfect place for 2 ppl. Shows like the pictures but doesn’t list that it is attached to the main house. Needs more privacy on the windows especially the windows that face the main house. No curtains on any window and other vacationers can see right in. A couple windows have broken latch so are always open. Property manager was great. Washer and toaster were broken but she had them replaced right away. We had a lovely stay.

Great place, close to ocean/beach!

We had a great time! Location couldn’t be better. A few repairs are needed but minor. Kitchen window opener is broken, one burner on the gas grill is inoperable.
