Welcome to the Sage Suite—a relaxed Old Town condo styled with earthy hues and nature-inspired artwork. This serene space offers blackout shades, cozy queen beds, and thoughtful touches that bring the outdoors in, creating a calming retreat just steps from the heart of Fort Collins.

Spend the morning savoring pastries from Bread Fellow and browsing local boutiques. In the evening, indulge in flavorful bites and margaritas at The Rio, then catch live music at Magic Rat. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, a CSU visit, or simply to unwind, this location puts you right in the center of it all.

This home features: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Plus Queen Sleeper Sofa | Sleeps 6 | Ground Level

OUTDOOR LIVING: Small terrace, directly across from Library Park

INDOOR LIVING: 50” flat-screen TV with free Netflix, bar top seating for 4, board games, ceiling fans

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with retro GE cabinets, microwave, dishware, cookware, spices, and complimentary coffee, tea, and sweetener

BATHROOM: 3/4 bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

GENERAL: Free WiFi, shared laundry on-site, keyless entry, blackout shades, window A/C unit, baseboard heating, cleaning essentials

PARKING: Parking lot behind the building with one dedicated spot for your stay. There is also free street parking out front.

This was a perfect stay for our retreat with my book club. It’s within great walking distance to Old Town and it was an easy check in and check out process. Plenty of space for the four of us.

Really enjoyed the stay here. The furnishings and finishes of the unit are nice and very clean/comfortable. Not much in terms of outdoor space, however the short walk to Old Town and other close by attractions made up for it. Would stay here again.
