Welcome to the Lavender Suite—a light and relaxed Old Town condo with soft pastel tones and a calming vibe. Whether you're enjoying a slow morning with coffee or getting ready for a night out with friends, this space offers a simple, comfortable place to reset between adventures.

Spend the evening sipping craft cocktails at Social, sharing small plates at The Welsh Rabbit, or catching a live show nearby. With CSU, local gems, and all of Old Town just steps away, you’ll be perfectly placed to make the most of your stay.

This home features: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Plus Queen Sleeper Sofa | Sleeps 6 | Upper Level

OUTDOOR LIVING: Small terrace, directly across from Library Park

INDOOR LIVING: 50” flat-screen TV with free Netflix, bar top seating for 4, board games, ceiling fans

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with retro GE cabinets, microwave, dishware, cookware, spices, and complimentary coffee, tea, and sweetener

BATHROOM: 3/4 bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

My friend & I loved our weekend stay in the Lavender suite! The apartment is cozy and clean. It’s in a nice & quiet neighborhood that’s easy walking distance to Old Town & all of the breweries. I definitely recommend the property & look forward to staying there again in the future.

Great location, beautifully decorated and maintained. The air conditioning is a wall unit in the living room so bedrooms dont cool down as much. Check in and check out was super easy. Would stay again.

This was our second stay here. We have family that live in Fort Collins and need a place to stay during our visit. The booking and check in and check out process was very smooth. The unit was in a great safe location and centrally located to meet our needs

This condo's proximity to old town is it's primary benefit. It was a clean little place, but otherwise basic. The one detriment is the insufficient cooling system. Only the living room and kitchen were tolerable in the weather, which was in the low 90's. The hallway, bathroom, and bedrooms were intolerable for sleeping in.

This was a lovely experience and exactly what my family needed to enjoy Fort Collins. The kitchen is well-equipped, the apartment is efficiently laid out, and the decor is modern and cute. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay if you want to be within walking distance of the little downtown area! It was a 12 minute walk from door to Penrose Taphouse and you had easy walking access to tons of other restaurants and coffee shops and stores. It was perfectly sized for my sister and I for the weekend. Like most mountain places, there is no central air, however there is an AC unit in the front window. It was unfortunately 90 degrees during our stay during a heat wave so the AC didn’t quite make it to the bedrooms but they provided a few fans to help circulate the air around and if you’re hanging in the living room it definitely gets cold which is great! Also, my sister left her makeup bag there and the communication was a quick response and they mailed it out (for a fee) VERY quickly. I would highly recommend this place and would love to stay in the future.

Great location with a very short walk to the downtown. The home was just the right size for the three of us. The beds were comfortable and the living room area was a nice size too. The home was clean and comfortable. Communication was good with the owner. I would highly recommend this home and stay here again when I am back in Fort Collins.

Great Place

This location was perfect for our week in Fort Collins. Our daughter had orientation at CSU so we gave ourselves a few days to acquaint ourselves with the area. The apartment is located a short walk to downtown/old town and only a ten minute drive to campus. Horsetooth lake is also only a twenty minute drive. The space was clean and had everything you would need for a short stay.

We enjoy old town FT Collins and this was perfect. A very easy walk but not so close that you got all the noise on the weekends. The kitchen was small but worked okay for a two week stay. As with most places we rent, there weren’t enough hangers so we bought some more and left them there. We may stay there again on our next visit.
