Welcome to the Terra Cotta Suite—a cozy Old Town condo with rich clay tones, natural textures, and a comfortable, down-to-earth vibe. With blackout shades, queen beds, and all the essentials, it’s a warm and simple place to land between downtown adventures.

Enjoy a morning walk through Library Park, grab a sandwich or pastry from Mugs, and spend the afternoon checking out local shops or galleries. In the evening, relax with small plates at The Welsh Rabbit or a cocktail at Social before heading home to unwind.

This home features: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Plus Queen Sleeper Sofa | Sleeps 6 | Upper Level

OUTDOOR LIVING: Small terrace, directly across from Library Park

INDOOR LIVING: 50” flat-screen TV with free Netflix, bar top seating for 4, board games, ceiling fans

KITCHEN: Fully equipped with retro GE cabinets, microwave, dishware, cookware, spices, and complimentary coffee, tea, and sweetener

BATHROOM: 3/4 bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

PARKING: Parking lot behind the building with one dedicated spot for your stay. There is also free street parking out front.

Perfect Location

This cute little condo was the perfect size for our group of three ladies the perfect location for us to visit old town and the breweries. Condo had all of the little touches that make you feel special.

Conveniently located condo with easy walking access to downtown restaurants and shopping. Also, includes off street parking. Condo was clean when we arrived and is easy to keep clean if staying multiple days.However, it is not well stocked, especially, if flying in. Make sure to bring sandwich bags, aluminum foil, garbage bags and etc. The bathroom sink needs to be snaked as it doesn’t drain well.

I don't want to share this place.

I most definitely don't want to say the listing was spot on. I also don't want to say how great the location was. I definitely don't want to say it had parking and he check in process was super easy. I absolutely don't want to know how great this place is and I would recommend this to anyone who is visiting Ft Collins for pleasure. But they are all true.

We loved this place! It was walking distance to Old Town, and is in a beautiful neighborhood. It is convenient and close to everything, and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

We enjoyed our stay in FOCO for family weekend. The apartment location is perfect. 20 minute walk to campus and 5 mins to Old Town restaurants.

Cozy apartment with great location!

We just checked out of our stay in Fort Collins. The condo was very comfortable. It looks just like the photos. And had everything we needed to make breakfast in the morning with close proximity to so many awesome places on the main drag in Fort Collins. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend!

Our stay here was pretty disappointing- I cannot believe how many five star ratings this place has. We were in town and the temps were in the 90s. The listing says the unit has air conditioning, but the unit has one window unit in the living area. The entire place was boiling hot when we arrived. We had to use a box fan and sleep with the doors open and all the windows open to get any relief from the heat. If your listing says AC I think you need to be clear what kind of AC. The place was also dusty with spider webs in the corners of the windows, and the bedding was not clean. The bathroom tile and door were in disrepair, however the shower was nice. I was unhappy with having a check out cleaning list AND had to pay a cleaning fee. This unit is expensive to have to deal with all the hassles. Avoid.

Cute condo in great location

We loved the location of the condo to Colorado State as we were visiting a student for the weekend. The property was clean and the host was very quick to respond to questions. Would stay here again.

Great location, quiet and clean

We had a great stay in this condo. The place was very clean and the area is quiet. The old town library is across the street as described with nice grounds maintained with flowers. There did seem to be a few homeless people staying on the library grounds, but we didn’t feel any safety concerns. The condo is walking distance to old town also as described, which was very nice. We would not hesitate to stay again in this condo if we visit the Fort Collins area in the future.
