This three-bedroom two bath home is beautifully decorated and comes fully appointed with everything you will need to be immediately at ease; either indoors or by the heated pool. The dining area and kitchen opens to the family room and out to the pool area. There is seating for ten with a round dining table and breakfast bar. The kitchen boasts stainless appliances, granite counters and brand-new cabinets. Everything you need to prepare home cooked meals is provided with more than enough space for multiple chefs.

The family area has a light coastal décor and features plenty of seating for you and your guests to enjoy movie night on the flat screen TV. The kitchen, dining and family areas are open concept and invites your guests to relax, converse, and view the pristine heated pool, covered lanai and lawn.
Enter the master bedroom and you’ll find a king size bed with upgraded linens. Tastefully decorated, this room has a flat screen TV, a walk-in closet, chest of drawers and a pair of nightstands. The master bath has granite counters and a large, tiled walk in shower with glass enclosure.
Bedroom number two offers a queen size bed, flat screen TV, chest of drawers, nightstands and upgraded linens. This room is well lit and smartly decorated with navy and grey accents.

Bedroom number three has a bright décor, two twin size beds (with a trundle bed), a flat screen TV, nightstand, and upgraded linens making this room perfect for adults or children.

These two bedrooms share a large remodeled full-size bath featuring granite counters, a tiled tub/shower combination and glass enclosure. A large linen closet provides space for all your toiletries.
Free Wi-Fi is throughout the home as well as a fire alarm/sprinkler system for your added safety.

Florida weather is celebrated as you enjoy the large heated pool. Nice gradual steps allow you to safely enter the pool and there is a built-in bench for soaking up the sun. Chaise lounge chairs provide a relaxing place to sip on your favorite beverage and if you like to dine outdoors, the covered lanai with seating for six is the perfect option. A gas grill awaits the chef with outdoor cooking skills. The entire property is beautifully landscaped with tropical flair.

Everything you need to kick back, relax and enjoy your Florida vacation is provided. In the garage, you’ll find a washer and dryer and four bicycles: two for adults and two for kids. Beach chairs, beach towels and a sun umbrella are all part of the accommodations.

There are two world class beaches within easy walking distance: If you choose to drive Vanderbilt Beach has a parking garage that charges $8/day/vehicle and Delnor-Wiggins State Park charges $6/day/vehicle. Delnor-Wiggins State Park also has outdoor grills and picnic tables and both beaches offer water sports rentals.

Numerous dining options are nearby and Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and Publix are all within a five-minute drive for grocery items. The Mercato and Pavilion Shops are less than a mile away and the 5th Avenue Shops of downtown Naples are a short 15-minute drive. There are numerous public and private golf courses within minutes. This truly is one of the best locations in Southwest Florida.
