Welcome to 67 Canal Landing, Rehoboth Beach!
OVERVIEW: This beautiful and immaculate townhome offers approximately 3,000 square feet of spacious comfort across four levels — perfect for large families or multi-generational groups. The home features three primary bedrooms and a generous fourth-level loft area equipped with a flat-screen smart TV (streaming only). The bottom-level primary bedroom includes a queen bed, private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and access to the rear patio. The main level is bright and airy, featuring a large screened-in porch with pond and pool views, a brand-new designer kitchen with a heat induction range, stainless steel appliances, and custom cabinetry. On the third level, you'll find a substantial primary suite with a king bed, private bathroom, balcony, and smart flat-screen TV. The additional bedroom on this level offers a queen bed, smart flat-screen TV, and access to a full hall bathroom. The top-level loft area accommodates up to four guests with a pyramid bunk bed and a queen bed.
LOCATION: This community, complete with a pool and dock access along the canal, is within walking distance of Rehoboth Beach's renowned restaurants and shops. It's just one mile to the Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk — an easy walk or bike ride. Steps away are Rehoboth Avenue's dining and tax-free shopping, as well as a Tuesday farmer's market across the street at the public community Tot Lot (playground). You're also just minutes from the Breakwater Trail, offering biking access to downtown Lewes.
PARKING: Three parking spaces are provided — one in the garage, one directly in front of the garage, and one assigned space (#67).

Wonderful stay!

We had a lovely stay at this property! The house was clean, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed. The pool is so nice. The location was so close to restaurants and a short drive to the beach. We would absolutely stay again!

great family stay

Having to provide your own linen, soap and paper products is not convenent (had to buy king size sheets). But the place is great, wonderful kitchen, huge master suite, lovely community pool...and a great bakery nearby!

Great place for larger families ! With 4 stories you don’t feel crammed in. Living room and kitchen/dining room open layout so great place for gathering around meals. 3 decks or patios! Garage great for storage of vacation items like bikes and boating equipment. Would recommend!

Beach vacation

House was exactly what we needed for our group. Clean and great location. Management was top notch. We opted for linen package and in hindsight should have brought our own. Salt Pool was heated which was a very pleasant surprise! I did wish that the house had beach gear/chairs, bikes and/or game room (like foosball, pool table, gaming console, ping pong or air hockey... ). Also, there is a night club next door which played music late on the weekend, but it didn't bother us. Overall, it was a great choice and we'd book again.

Good stay at Rehoboth

The house was very nice and clean when we arrived although we had not received the code email to get into the property, Remax was able to take care of that quickly. The outdoor second floor porch is a bonus and the kitchen is great for cooking a large breakfast and socializing. If you are renting this property, bring toilet paper! There were no extra rolls to be found in the house on the first night and very little left in any bathroom, which resulted in a midnight run to WAWA. The location is fantastic, a five minute walk to Egg in the morning and very close to the canal.

Perfect House

We took our bikes to the house and it was perfect. We biked to the boardwalk daily for ice cream. The pool was around the corner, you could see it from the patio which was extremely convenient. Alcohol was allowed at the pool and it was never crowded. The house itself was very nice and clean. It had plenty of space for our larger family. One item to note is that the stove is and induction stove. We had brought a pan but couldn’t use it. There are pots and pans there that can be used. Highly recommend this house for your vacation!

Spacious home in a great location

Our group of 9 enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is spacious and beautiful; it appears as advertised. The location was great - a short drive to the main strip of stores and restaurants on Highway 1 and just over a mile walk (or drive) to the boardwalk and beach. We also enjoyed using the warm community pool. The loft area of the house was a great space for our kids; however, it was not air conditioned and very warm up there, so they had trouble sleeping. (We ended up purchasing standing fans to cool the space down.) We also had an issue with the listing, which stated that a game room and tennis courts were located on the property. It was disappointing to find out this wasn’t true, as we had looked forward to both of those amenities. We spoke with a Remax agent who then modified the listing to be more clear. Overall, it was a comfortable stay and a great week in Rehoboth!

67 Canal Landing Review

Working with ReMax was a great experience, as we had some serious A.C. issues and it was 88 degrees outside and very humid. There a few amenities that could be upgraded! The NEST thermometer likely controlled by owners made it difficult to stay cool inside, especially throughout the night, it kept automatically going up to 78 degrees. The George Forman electric grill that cooks about 2 burgers when you are staying in a house that sleeps 10 people is illogical. Almost all the other units supplied a gas grill. I had read it was against HOA, however that does not seem to be the case. We saw at least three just in the row of condos we were in. Would’ve made cooking much easier. A couple beach chairs for renters to use would be nice as well. Travelers coming from far away have a lot to bring. Another amenity that would be nice is some bath mats or rugs that could be washed. We enjoyed our stay but it was pretty bare bones. I think a couple additions as mentioned would make it a better rental.

Thank you for the review, Melissa. It was not the thermostat that was causing issues with the AC we had to have the system serviced. The HVAC system fixed the problem quickly. Grill- those townhomes may have been owners and not rental units. Homeowners are permitted to have grills. It is a fire risk. Thank you for advising on more bath rugs, etc. We will get a few more bath mats. Thank you again for the review and we hope to see you again soon!

House Was An Issue

While the location and general accommodations were great, the kitchen had a speciality induction stove, but was inadequately stocked to prepare meals for a large family. There was no guidance about the limited supplies or the specialty range, so nothing I brought for the kitchen worked. It would have been okay had there been a BBQ, like every other property in the community, but the owner refused to let us even purchase one. In addition, the television in the loft was broken and nobody came to fix it, despite being told they would. Finally, unlike every other place I've rented, there wasn't a single extra blanket, throw, or pillow in the place and the blankets on the bed were flimsy. I would not stay here again.

Hi Myra- we appreciate your review. However, there are some errors and inaccuracies with your review. You were upset about the grill and after your rude confrontation, you decided to send a laundry list of ridiculous items you felt were wrong with the townhouse. Grill- this is an HOA restriction and we have provided an electric grill. The TV in the loft was broken by the guests before you. We try very hard to get repairs done promptly but we are at the mercy of our contractors and there is a TV in every bedroom and living room. The TV is now repaired and was repaired within 9 days of the situation. We are sorry you were not happy with our rental. Overall, I hope you enjoyed Rehoboth Beach!

Very nice stay

This place was great. Very spacious and clean. Many areas to enjoy. The decoration in the house was very cozy and appropriate for a house near the beach. The main level including the kitchen, dining room and living room are very distributed. Especially the kitchen was very nice. The swimming pool was clean and not crowded. Nice outdoors. Parking was very convenient.

Location, Location, Location

This was an AMAZING property to stay at! We loved hanging out at the house after a long day out and about. It was great to be able to just walk into town for shopping, dining and to the beach. The Egg and Pasqualini's Bakery were fantastic and right around the corner! Looking forward to our next stay!
