Please note: We also rent the upstairs portion of the home, which is completely private and locked off from downstairs. Upstairs has its own private gated entrance at the street, and private entry door. When tenants are in residence upstairs, we do not rent the downstairs unit and vise versa -- if the downstairs is rented, we do not rent the upstairs unit. But, this is my primary residence, so, often, when there are guests downstairs, I am living upstairs. When I have guests downstairs, you have private use of the patio, deck, BBQ and spa -- and my goal is to provide you with complete privacy during your stay.

ALSO: This is not a party house. If you are planning on coming to Pacific Beach and partying into the wee hours of the morning, please look elsewhere. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and my neighbors are not shy about complaining when guests are partying after hours.
