We wanted to create a comfortable and warm living space. The villa has 4 bedrooms including 2 master bedrooms each with a private bathroom.
The living / dining room / kitchen offers a large space totally open on the ground by two large windows of 4 meters opening.

The Villa has 2 terraces that allow you to enjoy the outdoors according to your desires and time.
Located 2 steps from the sea (300 meters), you can safely go to the beach by taking the path of Guiraudette on foot.

With family or friends the villa Guiraudette can accommodate up to 10 people.

Its garden is spacious, secure and comfortable.

The garden will offer you a pleasant living environment, a haven of peace just 300 meters from the beach.
A barbecue will allow you to share good grills.
You can enjoy the petanque, and children's trampoline installed in the garden.

We thought about the safety of the little ones. So the pool is completely fenced.

We chose a saltwater pool. Softer for the skin, it also has the advantage of not attracting insects and especially wasps.

You will have easy access to Villa Guiraudette by road.
Coming from the A62 motorway, take the Agde exit and follow signs to Agde. You will cross the Hérault before turning on your right towards Grau d'Agde - Guiraudette.
The statue of the Ephèbe will allow you to take the right road to the Chemin de Guiraudette. Villa Guiraudette is located a few hundred meters further, on your right, Chemin des Blanquettes.
