Beautiful property that fulfilled and surpassed our expectations. The location is perfect and views are to die for. We don’t hesitate to recommend this property for a stay in Port Grimaud. Best of you have a boat license.

The house is fully equipped with everything, the owner is very kind and helpful. Local markets & restaurants - the best croissants in France just a 2 block walk in the little square, restaurants on the left great, the one on the right as you approach. Not so much. All rooms have air conditioning. Nice outdoor spaces. You don’t really need a car if you’re happy to Uber occasionally. Car rental is a waste of money!

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the house, great location, easy walk to shops/restaurants of PG Sud, fab pool in the garden. A great stay for us and the kids, we all had a wonderful time & would love to return.

Unfreundlicher Vermieter, Ferienhaus in schlechtem technischen Zustand, spricht kein Englisch

Bei Ankunft waren im ganzen Haus Kleidung und EssensvorrĂ€te des Vermieters in den SchrĂ€nken und KĂŒhlschrank. Somit konnten wir diese nur eingeschrĂ€nkt nutzen. Die Objektbeschreibung besagte: BettwĂ€sche wird gestellt und Boot vorhanden Die BettwĂ€sche musste vor Ort zusĂ€tzlich bezahlt werden. Auf Nachfrage drohte der Vermieter die BettwĂ€sche wieder abholen zu lassen. Kein Boot vorhanden. Die KĂŒche war nicht ordentlich geputzt. Der Ofen wurde anscheinend noch nie geputzt ?! Der Pool war 10 Tage von 14 Tagen defekt und AlgengrĂŒn. Wir konnten diesen nicht nutzen. Der versprochene Grill war defekt und konnte nicht genutzt werden. Der Vermieter sagte, wir sollen Ihn halt vergessen. Insgesamt entsprach das Ferienhaus nicht europĂ€ischen Standard. FĂŒr den aufgerufenen Preis sowieso nicht. Hier wĂ€re eine EntschĂ€digung durch den Vermieter fĂ€llig. Leider haben wir hier keine handhabe außer eine Klage. Der Vermieter war unfreundlich und ignorierte unsere Beschwerden weitestgehend. Kein entspannter Urlaub insgesamt.

Maison d'un excellent standing avec tous les Ă©quipements modernes et nĂ©cessaires pour une parfaite semaine de vacances. Emplacement idĂ©al si l'on bĂ©nĂ©ficie d'un bateau pour profiter pleinement de Port Grimaud. Ghislain, le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs accueillant (croissants au ptit dej pour notre arrivĂ©e et bouteille de vin de bienvenue). Il a su ĂȘtre rĂ©actif en proposant des solutions alors que nous avions un problĂšme mĂ©canique sur le bateau. Sa connaissance des alentours nous a permis de decouvrir les joyaux de cette magnifique rĂ©gion. Encore merci, nous reviendrons avec plaisir!
