Bright house with large garden near Montalivet Soulac/15 mn from the ocean ☀️
In an enclosed park with trees, the spacious and comfortable house welcomes you to enjoy a great holiday in peace. American kitchen and very bright living room overlooking the park encourage you to good meals, flat screen TV TNT and German channels,
2 rooms equipped with bedding of 140cm and a room with a bed of 160 for good nights of rest. The bathroom equally nice with 2 sinks, a large mirror and a shower to cool off the beach day .The washing machine and dryer are in the cellar you will find a few games (balls, rackets, etc.)
The garden room under the terrace, can be moved to your liking in the park in the shade of a tree of your choice .Des sun for a nap at your disposal. Feel free to use the barbecue.
For sports -ball a volleyball net is installed in the park and table tennis is on the cement terrace.
