Such an amazing house right on the beach. We were also pleased with all the king and queen rooms and the amount of items the house had we didn’t need to bring. We had an awesome stay!

This was the place for nine hiker friends most of whom turned 80 or close to it this year! We had a great time talking and being together as well as hiking Amanda's Train and Cummins Creek! Yachats is a fun place for eating out and relaxing. This house was perfect with space for everyone accommodating all of our needs from early to bed folks to late night movie watchers. We had a great time! Thank you!

We had many family members coming together for a memorial and this home accommodated us all. There is a ton of space for everyone, the detached cabin worked nicely for some who wanted a little peace and quiet. The kitchen is very well equipped and every drawer/cabinet is labeled. That's helpful because it's a large kitchen! The view from the deck is lovely and unobstructed. We were comfortable in every way. From the photos I thought there was a grassy area in the back for kids to play which then led to the beach, but that area is not accessible for the house. The beach is about 1/2 mile walk on Hwy 101 which is fine for adults but not as great for kids. This didn't affect our enjoyment of the place, but maybe could be a little more clear in the description. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed the home and the hosts were responsive and clear. We'd likely return.

This property was amazing. Our family all came together for a birthday celebration and we had the best time. The house had everything we could possibly need, the host had great communication and answered all our questions. Would definitely book again. Had a very peaceful time.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view. The kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed the extra activities such as the hot tub, video game and shuffle board. Close to town to spend the day. Only suggestion would be to turn the couch around as the current set up has your back to that fantastic view.

The house was fully stocked for hosting. Everything was clean and thoughtful touches were found throughout the house. The hot tub worked great and was clean too. We all enjoyed a cozy night's sleep in the comfortable beds. We would definitely come back

Wonderful place! We celebrated my parents 40th anniversary here and the house perfectly suited our large family. Fenced yard was wonderful for pets and small children, hot tub was a hit with the adults in the evening, campfire in the evening was relaxing, and the noise and view of the ocean was beautiful. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend!

Great Place!

My family and friends (5 children under 5 and 8 adults) had plenty of space and fun despite a terrible storm keeping us indoors all weekend. Great place for families with lots of options.

This house is so comfy and cozy! We have been doing a family get together for over 10 years. This is our favorite place. The owners are wonderful, kind and prompt. The outside deck area and fire pit are a wonderful addition for making memories. The hot tub has a amazing view of the ocean. The house has a lot of room. The beds are really comfortable. The property is fenced in for your furry babies. You will love your stay here!!!! We will be back!!

Stayed for 4 nights with family and there were so many thoughtful touches throughout the home that made the stay amazing. There were beach towels, dog towels, makeup towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each bathroom. We had a seafood boil and there were plenty of pots and pans for what we needed for meals! We wish the home had direct access to the beach, but it was just a short walk around down the road. Communication with the host was great and they were very responsive. Plenty of parking for all of us, and we even used the EV car charger. We had teenage girls who stayed in the tiny home and they loved the privacy! The hot tub was used every day and the back porch seating was amazing! Everything was labeled, which was very helpful in the kitchen. Everyone enjoyed their stay and we were grateful to have found this home.

Amazing Property

Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay. The beds are the best, we all slept well. The house is fully stocked, the view was beautiful and our dog loved the fenced in yard.

Oregon Family Vacation

Annual summer family beach trip

This is the best rental we have ever had. Roomy with complete fencing surrounding. Very well stocked. Great for large group.
