The House is close to everything but benefits from a peaceful environment!
It has 4 bedrooms, 3 modern bathrooms (with hydro massage jets), a large swimming pool (10m x 4) with the possibility of heating it on request and at an additional cost, a fully equipped kitchen, a large garage!
The villa is equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold air), underfloor heating, television with cable (French, English, German channels ...), DVD player and stereo.

We travel every summer for a few months to get out of AZ and away from the heat. that being the case This home with a pool was perfect for our escape. Plenty of room, well appointed, great access to the beaches which we found very busy, so the pool ended up our oasis.

Moderne und schöne Villa

Wir verbrachten 16 wunderbare Tage in dieser modernen und schönen Villa. Die Villa ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat einen schönen Poolbereich und Garten. Es gibt 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bäder, die Küche ist mit dem notwendigsten ausgestattet und es gibt sogar einen Gasgrill. Wir waren 8 Personen, davon 4 Kinder. Alle hatten genügend Platz und viel Spaß! Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend oberhalb von Armacao de Pera. Man benötigt aber ein Auto. Zum Supermarkt sind es ca 5 min , zu Restaurants ca 10min. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Schlechter Service, tolles Haus

Wir mieten seit über zehn Jahren Häuser in Portugal aber so einen schlechten Service und eine Ignoranz haben wir noch nie erfahren. Würden aus diesem Grund dieses Objekt nicht noch einmal mieten, obgleich es ein sehr schönes Haus mit einer tollen Lage ist.

Maison très agréable spacieuse et nous avons apprécié la grande piscine Il y’a tout le confort requis petit bémol le lave vaisselle était en panne nous avons dû faire la vaisselle pour 7 toute la semaine et problème avec le four

Mooie villa met prima faciliteiten

Hele mooie villa in een wat gedateerde urbanisatie net boven Armecao de Pera. De urbanisatie word momenteel geupgrade met veel nieuwbouw maar ook verbouwingen. Villa is van alle gemakken voorzien, zoals (geruisloze) airco's, mooi groot zwembad (word 2x per week schoon gemaakt), ruime slaapkamers met dito en suite badkamers.

Sehr schönes Haus mit tollem Pool und freundlicher Gastgeberin

Wir hatten das Haus im Oktober für eine Woche gebucht. Celine, die freundliche Gastgeberin, hatte alle perfekt organisiert und es war kein Problem das Haus zu finden. Es liegt in einer Wohnsiedlung ca. 2 km vom nächsten Strand entfernt. Das Haus war tip top. Wir haben es zu 3 Personen genutzt es wäre aber kein Problem gewesen es mit 5 oder 6 Personen zu nutzen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Selbst eine Ersatzflasche für den Gasgrill war vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ist von hoher Qualität. Die große Garage war sehr praktisch. Wir konnten den Pool noch nutzen, da er beheizt war. Dies hatten wir bei Celine vorab gebucht. Sie hatte alles toll organisiert, vielen Dank dafür!

Pour un séjour 100% confort. Magique!

A 3-4 km de la mer, un havre de paix avec tout le confort possible. Et proche de tout! Notre séjour dans cette villa a dépassé toutes nos attentes: L'accueil par le couple qui s'occupe de la villa vous donne la banane pour toute la journée. Aimable, authentique, chaleureux. La villa est un petit bijou. De l'extérieur comme de l'intérieur. Jardin (un gazon incroyable), piscine (chauffée si besoin), terrasse (idéal pour passer un bon moment en famille), cuisine (équipement électroménager hors norme), chambres à vivre (quel espace!) et salles d'eau (à rendre jaloux des hôtels 5*), garage. Mais le must, c'est Céline! Sa disponibilité, sa gentillesse et ses nombreux conseils sont très appréciables! Et il y a son book à disposition des vacanciers: une mine d'or! Visites, restaurants, plages, tout y passe. Cela facilite grandement une immersion rapide en Algarve. Encore un grand merci !!!

Excellent séjour !!

Nous y avons séjourné 1 semaine fin aout, villa tout confort, très agréable avec des prestations de qualité. Le jardin est très bien entretenu ainsi que l'intérieur de la villa . Située dans une résidence au calme, à proximité de la plage et du centre. La propriétaire est charmante et disponible , elle nous a conseillé plusieurs lieux de visite notamment des magnifiques petites criques et restaurants typiques portugais. Nous renouvellerons notre séjour dans cette villa avec grand plaisir.

Très belle villa
