A beautiful big house with all the comfort located in a natural setting at the edge of the forest and fields of lavender. Secluded but close to all amenities! Property of 3. 800 m² with trees and closed with magnificent views, last house of a private road: tranquility and calm are assured.

The central situation of this villa allows to radiate in the area to visit the superb surrounding villages:
- Dieulefit - The Poët-Laval - Grignan - The Gorges de l'Ardêche
- The Adhémar Guard - Crest - Nyons

The house has recently been redecorated with new furniture (quality bedding). Renovated pool beach, electric pool cover.

The building of recent construction is +/- 280 m² and includes 7 separate bedrooms, 3 with private WC and bathroom for 15 people maximum. 1 bathroom and a shower room complete all, 5 bathrooms and 5 toilets.

Good insulation of buildings and the situation slightly in altitude ensures a relatively pleasant interior temperature in other homes or villages.

The swimming pool 9m x 4m, the garden and the whole property is at the disposal of the tenants. WIFI, Babyfoot Barbecue, deckchairs, table tennis, boules, badminton net, games and DVD, everything is planned to spend a pleasant holiday for adults and children.

Many walks on foot or by bike are possible from the house.

Also golf lovers will be spoiled with proximity to 2 golf courses including the International Golf La Valdaine.

Super séjour ! Nous étions 9 adultes ( entre 65 et 77 ans) et avons apprécié ce logement très bien équipé. Endroit calme, un peu isolé comme on aime, un jardin agréable ( soleil ou ombre sous les arbres) , sanitaires en suffisance, literie confortable, rien ne manque dans la cuisine,….Nous avons découvert chaque jour de chouettes randonnées dans la région.Un petit souci avec le volet de la piscine mais qui a été rapidement résolu en téléphonant aux propriétaires . Ces derniers ont été très clairs et précis pour régler le problème.Si nous retournions dans cette région, nous n’hésiterions pas à louer à nouveau cette maison.

Magnifique séjour !

Magnifique séjour ! Nous étions une famille de 12 personnes (6 adultes, 5 enfants et un bébé). La maison est très fonctionnelle et tout confort pour un groupe, le jardin est super, il y a plein de jeux pour les enfants et de la place. La piscine est très agréable avec un fond qui commence à 1m environ, pratique pour les enfants. La literie est également très bien. Nous étions tous ravis !

Une location exceptionnelle pour des vacances exceptionnelles

Nous avons passé une semaine de formidables vacances en famille ( 8 adultes et 2 enfants) dans cette très belle propriété ,une maison spacieuse très bien équipée plus un gîte lui aussi très bien équipé, le tout dans une propriété arborée avec une belle piscine sécurisée,..boulodrome ,baby-foot, table de ping pong, terrasse à l'ombre,..plein de visites ou balades à faire , petit bourg à 2,5 km avec tous les commerces et services nécessaires. La voisine gère la piscine impeccablement, le propriétaire s'est occupé de notre confort...vraiment si vous chercher une location sans mauvaises surprises je vous la conseille. Ah..j'oubliais c'est aussi au calme. Merci au propriétaire pour sa correction et sa gentillesse.

Séjour partagé entre amis dans la maison. Nous y avons trouvé tout le nécessaire pour passer quelques jours agréables. Balades autour sympas (Chateau de Grignan, ruines médiévales...). Le hic... il faisait froid lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Ne pas hésiter à mettre le poêle de la cuisine en route!

Région très sympa à découvrir avec pleins de beaux petits villages à 20 min de la maison. La maison est abritée du vent donc il est très agréable d’etre À côté de la piscine. Aucun vis à vis. Très bon séjour .

Une maison cossue dans un paysage typiquement provençal!

Nous avons résidé trois mois dans la propriété et sommes partis enchantés à tous niveaux! La maison est vaste, joliment décorée de toiles de peintres locaux, et bien entretenue. Une tondeuse est mise à disposition pour que le gazon soit toujours impeccable. Un pisciniste se charge de l'entretien de la piscine. Fait assez rare pour une location de vacance, elle est dotée de matériels neufs et de qualité : une cuisine ultra fonctionnelle avec tous les ustensiles possibles et imaginables, un grand salon cuir, un grand barbecue professionnel, des transats design confortables...Bref, un sans faute. A noter, pour éviter les avec les enfants, qu'il y a deux téléviseurs...Concernant le cadre, on est en pleine provence! La maison, sans être totalement isolée, est à l'écart, protégée du vent à l'orée d'un bois et juste à côté de magnifiques champs de lavande. Les marchés locaux valent le détour, le village de Portes-en-Valdaine est à cinq minutes à pied, les habitants y sont charmants.Point appréciable, il ne fait pas excessivement chaud au plus fort de l'été. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter si l'occasion se présente. Merci encore à Patrick et sa femme pour leur accueil, leur disponibilité, leur gentillesse.
