Like Tuscany, truly surrounded by vineyards. Gorgeous views from every room. Open concept kitchen, travertine floors, high ceilings, 4 ample bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths. Chaleff and Rogers designed home with vistas. 2 masters, one upstairs one down, (4 bedrooms, 3 bedrooms upstairs, one on ground floor.) Professional kitchen open to dining area and living room. 3 sets of French doors, open to a large private yard, pool house, surrounded by vineyards. Long driveway with ample parking. Very close to village of Southampton. Easy jump to town. Perfect back roads to everywhere. (20 x 60 foot saline pool. Beautiful place in any weather.

Lovely Family Getaway

Wonderful getaway for our family of five with plenty of space for us to be together or retreat into our own spaces. The views and the backyard were great and the pool was incredible. Popping into town was quick and easy. Last but not least, the host was incredibly friendly, easy to work with and attentive. I highly recommend this lovely home for a weekend away!

A Beautiful Serene Getaway

My partner and I enjoyed this serene setting for several days so I could work on a book I'm writing, and soak in the sun. The house was plenty big, with pretty, artistic decor, the neighborhood super quiet, and we chose to stay in a bedroom upstairs with a balcony that overlooked the wineries. On one evening, we ordered a clambake from the nearby ClamMan for an outdoor dinner with two other couples who have homes nearby, and they commented that it felt like Tuscany! Alix was a very attentive host, and she immediately addressed an issue we had with the pool. We hope to stay again at this wonderful getaway. (I will only add that it is not far from the train tracks, but the train goes by quickly. We live in the city and use a fan sound app to sleep, and that worked fine here too.)

Beautiful property year round

Well-maintained property on a nice street overlooking a vineyard. Kitchen is spacious and fully stocked. Bathrooms are modern and comfortable. Many options to sit with others or find a place of your own. House sits at the end of a long gravel driveway flanked by high privets. Classic Hamptons!

Fantastic home with the best yard in Watermill!

Myself and our 2 young boys had a wonderful stay in Alix's house this summer. She was more than helpful and accommodating, and her beautifully landscaped backyard made for the perfect endless activities with our sons. We stayed through June and by the middle of the month, the pool was perfect temperature. We hope to stay again!
